Because of being fully associated with afflictions such as desire, and because of the proximity of conditions conducive to misconduct. If it is said, can the precept of not engaging in sexual misconduct out of desire be obtained? If asked, is this not known? The answer is, the determination not to do is the precept of not doing, it is said that because of not doing, the precept is the precept of not doing. The determination not to do is not doing, because of not doing it is determined, and whatever is uniquely determined, that is the view of the Sutra school, it is the precept of not doing. According to the Vaibhashikas, the limb of morality is non-revealing form. If it is said that when taking a wife, if those who take a wife while upholding the five training precepts, then can these lay practitioners also obtain precepts from these women? Or not, is it not obtained? It should be answered in conjunction with the situation. The answer is, it can be obtained. Because it may be possible to obtain temporary precepts, since precepts are the basis for all sentient beings, one can also obtain them from one's own wife, for example, for recognizing that it is not a limb. This continuum refers to a woman who has not been taken as a wife, it refers to that woman who has not been taken as a wife. When she is taken as a wife, for her who has become a wife, the precept is not broken, because at that time she is not possessed by others, just like enjoying an object that has been obtained, the precept is not broken. Lying is greatly condemned, because of deceiving others and being the cause of falling into bad destinies, worldly people and those who fully examine, because of divisive speech and so on, therefore lying is greatly condemned. For sentient beings who dwell at home and achieve through wrong paths, it is impossible to abandon lying and so on for those who find it difficult to abandon divisive speech and so on. The prescribed transgression is a synonym for the prohibited transgression. In order to protect others, it also applies to taking life after drinking alcohol and so on, because it destroys mindfulness and awareness, it also becomes the cause of naturally negative actions. The wisdom of the antidote.

The term "only" refers to the doctor's statement. If one knows that one will become intoxicated but drinks without shame, or if one has a mind that thinks there is no fault in what is faulty, that itself is affliction. The term "not becoming intoxicated" is explained in detail: If one drinks after learning from a doctor's statement that it will not become intoxicated like poison, in order to eliminate faults, that is not affliction. If some people think about how to be happy and drink in order to become intoxicated, the minds of those people are affliction. Furthermore, in order to specifically prove that drinking alcohol itself is a misdeed, those who uphold the Vinaya say: Becoming intoxicated is a natural transgression. If becoming intoxicated were not a natural transgression, then becoming intoxicated and what is suitable should be permitted to the Shakya patients. But in reality, it is not permitted, therefore it is a natural transgression, just like killing living beings and so on. Whatever the noble ones obtain the vows not to do in other lifetimes, that is a natural transgression, just like killing and not giving and taking and so on. Because it is also said to be a bodily misdeed, it is a natural transgression, just like other bodily misdeeds. Four types of bodily misdeeds are mentioned, namely killing, not giving and taking, sexual misconduct, and drinking what causes intoxication. The term "generally speaking" is explained in detail: Although it is commonly taught, how do monks cook? The term "except for natural transgressions" is a general statement, but it is a special permission for Shakya patients. This does not avoid the contradictions between the Buddha's earlier and later teachings, but is for the sake of completely avoiding faults. Regarding the fact that "even drinking alcohol once can lead to addiction," the Blessed One also said that there are three things that are never satisfied: alcohol, not practicing celibacy, indulgence, and sleep. Those who drink a measure that does not cause intoxication for the sake of healing
