The term "ground" refers to the fact that, due to weak mental capacity, non-manifestation arises from manifestation. There, even without prediction, one will possess non-manifestation, because it is said that "merit constantly and continuously increases manifestly." The term "having completely transformed into another life, yet manifestation has not arisen" refers to the state of being in a vague or unclear condition. The complete disappearance of manifestation refers to being born in the formless realm. Alternatively, the disappearance of manifestation refers to offering forms, hands, etc., with an unpredicted mind, because the attainment at that time is not a subsequent relationship. It is only in accordance with non-manifestation. Thus, the first and second of the second "having" are spoken of in the sutras. The third "having" refers to the time of taking the Pratimoksha vows, because at that time one possesses both. The fourth "having" refers to an ordinary being who has not separated from desire in the desire realm, and who, having completely transformed into another life, has not yet produced manifestation, or whose manifestation has completely disappeared. At the time of obtaining meditation obtained by birth, one also obtains the precepts that accompany it. The term "because they arise simultaneously" is synonymous with saying that the meditation precepts and the mind of meditation arise simultaneously. If someone asks, "If this manifests to another, does this also manifest to another?" Here, manifestation refers to making it understood. The term "others from individuals" refers to novices, female novices, laymen, laywomen, and the vows of dwelling in proximity. The term "self-arising" means having attained wisdom, and the wisdom of those is self-arising. The term "by definitely entering" refers to the power of aspiration or the blessing of the Buddha. Determination itself is determination, which is the path of seeing. Entering refers to generating it. The five groups refer to the venerable Ajnata Kaundinya and others. The term "by 'Come, monk'" refers to the Blessed One saying, "Come, monk, practice the pure conduct, the Dharma is well

It is said, "Come here," meaning that the Sugata Protector said, "Come here." It is like the saying in the scriptures, "The head will also be shaved, and the Dharma robes will be worn." Acknowledging the teacher is "Mahakashyapa." Because this Mahakashyapa had great power, whichever deity's image he prostrated to, that image would be broken. He came before the Blessed One, thinking that it would be bad if this image were also broken, so he did not prostrate. The Blessed One, knowing his thoughts, said, "Kashyapa, you should prostrate to the Tathagata." He prostrated to the Blessed One and saw that the Blessed One's image did not change. He acknowledged, "This is my teacher," and he received the full ordination because of this. Being pleased by the question is "Sudatta," meaning that Sudatta answered his question, and the Blessed One was pleased because of this. He received the full ordination because of this pleasure. It is said, "Acknowledging the Guru's Dharma," which refers to the Eight Garudhammas: a Bhikshuni receives full ordination from a Bhikshu and takes the objects of a Bhikshuni; a Bhikshuni receives instruction from a Bhikshu every half-month; a Bhikshuni should not spend the summer in a place without a Bhikshu; a Bhikshuni who has completed the summer retreat should confess to both Sanghas what she has seen, heard, and suspected; a Bhikshuni should not accuse a Bhikshu of faults because he does not possess perfect morality, view, conduct, and livelihood; a Bhikshuni should not insult, be angry with, or slander a Bhikshu; a Bhikshuni who has transgressed due to the Guru's Dharma should practice pleasing the two Sanghas; a Bhikshuni who has been fully ordained for a hundred years should speak respectfully, prostrate, rise, join her palms, and pay homage to a Bhikshu who has just been fully ordained. It is said, "The messenger is the Dharma gift," meaning that he came before the Blessed One in order to have someone from the retinue of consorts ordained.
