Giving what was not there before. Complete transformation means turning stones, etc., into objects like gold, etc. Blessing means making it exist for a long time. Having dominion over these is to enter through will. The perfection of dominion is the perfection of dominion. The perfection of dominion of giving life and blessing is the perfection of the dominion of giving life and blessing. To go in concealment, and to go in the sky, and to go quickly in the very far, and many in tiny dust, to enter the world realm, means concealment, and to go quickly in the sky and very far, and many to enter in tiny. Having dominion over these is to accomplish through nine wills, and that itself is perfect. The wondrous natural laws, various and manifold, are called perfect, meaning arising naturally. When the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, pass away, the high and low become equal, the high becomes low, and the low becomes high. The blind obtain eyes, the deaf obtain ears, the mad obtain memory, this is called the nature of Dharma. All of these should be understood as they appear in the sutras in detail. Being called the perfection of marks, it means clear and complete, and because it abides in the place, it closely symbolizes the nature of the great person, so it is the marks. These are the thirty-two marks, such as the crown of the head. Being called the perfection of the minor marks, it means that in order to clarify the nature of the great person, so it is the minor marks. These are the eighty minor marks, such as nails like the color of red copper. Being called the perfection of strength, it is because it possesses the strength of Shakyamuni Buddha. The body of the Bhagavat is as hard as a diamond, because it is indestructible. Therefore, these are brief, meaning the brief of the great nature of the Buddhas. How is it brief? Any noble person, whatever birth, the praise of the Buddha, the Bhagavat, and will praise

All those transformations are solely due to these three perfections. As it is said: Because accumulating merit is difficult, the Buddhas' teachings are supreme, and it is solely for the benefit of beings, one should contemplate the Buddhas. Thus it is said. If it is said, "lifespan for countless eons," etc., then it will be extensively explained, that is: If the Bhagavan Buddha blessed the lifespan for countless eons two or three times, then it would be shown that the great nature of the Buddha has been declared and known. For the time being, if that is the case, then it will be extensively explained: Qualities, wisdoms, powers, and benefits are qualities, wisdoms, powers, and benefits. Limitless is because number and power are without end. Rare is because it is not found in others than the Buddhas, it is difficult to do, and difficult to obtain. It itself is a great jewel because it benefits all beings, and it is the source of those great jewels. Not respecting the Buddha and his teachings means not respecting. Deva means the gods who exist in the realm of the gods. Because the fruit is not without, satisfying, supreme, swift, and with a good end. To this, even a small seed of merit is not without fruit, because it will definitely produce fruit. The satisfying fruit is because the fruit of ripening is desired to appear. The supreme fruit is because it becomes the cause of wealth such as gods, and the fruit is abundant. The swift fruit is because it will be experienced in the visible dharma. The fruit with a good end is because it becomes the cause of nirvana. As it is said, what is to be known is that the so-called "victor," etc., will be extensively explained. Because he overcomes afflictions and their habits, he is a victor. For example, the Bhagavan said: Because of arrogance from evil dharmas, approaching me, I am the victor. Just as it was said.

Subduing leads through subduing. Action is activity, such as offerings. "Various" means practicing in the desire realm, form realm, and formless realm. The state of nectar is nirvana. It is extensively explained as being common with learners. All the dharmas of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are supreme because they are completely pure due to the distinction of power being completely pure, but they are common with disciples. It is common with ordinary beings, which is spoken with regard to the category of uncommon qualities. "As appropriate" means how it is possible. Among these, what is common with disciples is the absence of afflictions, knowing according to wishes, and individually knowing correctly. What is uncommon with ordinary beings are the five superknowledges, etc. The phrase "cessation of arising," etc., includes emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, samadhi, and other samadhis. The extensive explanation of "some Arhats" is: Here, some Arhats, remembering the undesirable results of the arising of their own and others' afflictions associated with the lives of prostitutes, actors, deceitful people, wine sellers, etc., temporarily consider the afflictions arising in the continuum with attachment to also be undesirable results. Thinking about what the situation will be for those arising in the continuum without attachment, after recollecting and contemplating in this way, they generate knowledge of such a nature that no matter what arises in others, whether it be attachment, hatred, pride, stinginess, or jealousy, etc., with that as the object, they do not generate any of these. If the Bhagavat abides without afflictions, how is it that the Bhagavat causes afflictions to arise in the continuums of those such as Angulimala? This fault does not exist, because those who possess great compassion, desiring to completely eradicate the afflictions of others, sometimes adopt an attitude of indifference towards the arising of afflictions for the sake of extremely firm necessity, because they possess the fortune of manifest realization. The Shravakas are free from conceptualization and habitual consciousness.
