That which is called "Four Dharmas" means that any one of the four, namely suffering, origin, cessation, and path, arises now. Because the path of meditation with attachment is only the object of suffering of desire, etc. Other minds cannot be known, because it is not possible for those who have not separated from desire. That which is called "Victorious over the Seven Grounds" should be understood as having attained the seven knowledges. That which is called "These are the same" are the Dharma, the following Dharma, suffering, origin, cessation, path, and conventional knowledge. Even if one is free from desire from the desire realm, one cannot attain knowledge of other minds, because it is blocked by the uninterrupted path. If the path of meditation is a worldly one, then, regarding the statement "If the path of meditation is a worldly one," there are two kinds of paths of meditation: worldly and transcendental. Among them, from the seven grounds, detachment from desire, etc., as appropriate, if the path of meditation is a worldly one, then conventional knowledge arises now. If it is a transcendental one, then "four subsequent knowledges" refers to knowing suffering, origin, cessation, and path according to the Dharma, because it is impossible for everything to manifest simultaneously. That which is called "From two Dharma knowledges" means from the wisdom that observes cessation and path. "Cessation and path, which is Dharma knowledge?" and so on is the reason. Because it is not the antidote to the peak of existence, that which is called "Because it is not the antidote to the peak of existence" means that conventional knowledge is not the antidote to the peak of existence, because there is no proximate cause of the higher grounds, and the liberation of the immovable mind is also distinguished by the antidote to the peak of existence. There, it should be known that the knowledge of exhaustion is the seventh. Furthermore, why is it that the knowledge of non-arising cannot be attained there? Because abiding in the uninterrupted path is not the nature of the immovable Dharma, because it is liberation in time. The knowledge of non-arising arises on the ninth path of liberation, but not on the uninterrupted path. If conventional knowledge cannot be attained, then how can knowledge of other minds be attained? Knowledge of other minds is gathered by the path of liberation.

It is obtained because it is pure and without outflows. All such things as studying what is learned will appear. Both types of conventional wisdom are also obtained, which means they are obtained on the path of liberation for both those with and without attachment. On the path of application, it refers to both those with and without attachment, and also on the path of application for taming the senses, not only the Dharma and subsequent wisdom mentioned earlier, but also conventional wisdom can be obtained. In that case, those without attachment obtain seven types of wisdom on the path of application. Those without attachment obtain eight types of wisdom. Because of being separated from the path of seeing, it means that if the senses are tamed, then from the fruits such as entering the stream, whichever fruit is obtained, the conditioned fruit is obtained, held by sharp faculties, which is similar to the path of seeing. There, conventional wisdom is not obtained on the uninterrupted path, and similarly, here conventional wisdom is not obtained on the uninterrupted path. Because it is not an antidote, it means that the wisdom of knowing others' minds is the nature of clairvoyance, and because it is itself held by the path of liberation, it is not an antidote itself. Here, it is intended as an antidote for abandonment. Similarly, in the victorious position at the peak of existence. It means that how to tame the senses, those who have not separated from attachment on the path of liberation, and those who have separated or not separated from attachment obtain six types of wisdom on the uninterrupted path, similarly from the peak of existence, on the uninterrupted path separated from attachment, only the Dharma and subsequent Dharma, suffering and origin, cessation and path, these six types of wisdom are obtained. The wisdom of knowing others' minds will not be obtained, because it is blocked on the uninterrupted path. Conventional wisdom will also not be obtained, because it is not an antidote to the peak of existence. On the uninterrupted path, complete, exhaustive wisdom and unarisen wisdom will also not be obtained. Exhaustive wisdom has nine types.
