The reason for calling it "manifestation of form" is that it is the cause of actions that manifest form. Abiding in discipline is for the sake of protecting all disciplines. Seeing ants and so on, one contracts the limbs in order to protect them. The manifestation of form of contracting the limbs also arises from a cause that is not a manifestation of form. The initial manifestations of form and non-manifestations of form are called Pratimoksha. The reason for saying "thereby attaining individual liberation from sins" is that only the first moment can liberate from sins, which is the meaning of "abandoning." Pratimoksha is also discipline, therefore it is Pratimoksha discipline, because it restrains body and speech. It is also called the path of action, because it is encompassed by things. The second moment and so on are only Pratimoksha discipline, but not Pratimoksha, because they do not liberate from sins, because only in the first moment has Pratimoksha already been attained. The conclusion is not the actual path of action, because only in the first moment is it actual, and because sins have been abandoned, and body and speech have been restrained. There are two kinds of morality: morality that is properly taken and morality that is obtained by nature. Among them, whatever is taken with the thought, "I should do this and that," is morality that is properly taken, which is called Pratimoksha. Morality obtained by nature is the discipline of meditation and the discipline without outflows. "Those with Pratimoksha have eight aspects," meaning that only eight aspects are associated with Pratimoksha discipline, but not only with Pratimoksha. The reason for saying "relying on existence" is that the morality of those who desire liberation among non-Buddhists relies only on existence, because they deteriorate due to wrong views and so on, and therefore perceive the distinctions of existence as liberation. "Those born of meditation and possessing it," means the synonym of "possessing meditation." Only those who possess meditation have the discipline of meditation, but not only those who have the discipline of meditation. Here, even the preparatory stage is spoken of as meditation and shown.

Why is it approached? Because it is believed that there are the precepts of meditation and the precepts without outflows. Therefore, here the approach of meditation is also said to be the sound of meditation. The tone of ཀྱང་ (kyang) also includes the main text. "The noble being without outflows, etc." refers to the fact that the noble being not only possesses the precepts without outflows, but it is not only possessing the precepts without outflows. What are the two precepts that follow the mind that are spoken of? It starts from "The mind-born and the two precepts, the mind and their nature." It also follows those with other minds and those without minds. Having other minds means having minds that are different from the mind that causes it. Being without mind means entering into cessation and non-perception samadhi. Meditation and the precepts without outflows do not arise without the mind that causes them. Therefore, they are the ones that follow the mind, not the Pratimoksha precepts, because there is the saying "distraction and without mind also." Saying "invincible" is because it is only the antidote to the unethical conduct in the desire realm. The path of no interval is because they are not the paths that eliminate these. The nine refers to the nine paths of no interval that eliminate the nine types of afflictions belonging to the desire realm. The two refers to the two, meditation and precepts without outflows, that arise in the path of no interval. What causes it is to cause unethical conduct. Precisely because of this, it is because it is not considered that the invincible is the precept of elimination. There are precepts of meditation, but not precepts of elimination. There are precepts of elimination, but not precepts of meditation. There are those that are both, and there are those that are neither. The first case is the precepts of meditation other than the path of no interval of the invincible. The ground of the invincible
