The meaning of the sixteen aspects such as "impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness." The meaning of "as appropriate" refers to saying it in that limit of existence, not in all of everything. If observing the lower ground as coarse, then observing the upper ground is the opposite of this, as peaceful. It should be said similarly for others as well. Therefore, it is said that the opposite of these is the aspect of peace, excellence, and liberation. Regarding the statement "because it is not peaceful, it is observed as coarse," how is it not peaceful? Therefore, it is said, "because of the very great manifestation." The upper ground is also manifest with the path, but this is a very great manifestation with the path. In the statement "because it is not excellent, it is observed as a bad suffering," "suffering" is difficult to destroy. Inferior suffering is bad suffering. Or because there is pain in this, it is suffering. Because of taking, it is bad suffering, because of the body being internal, therefore taking the body internal. How is it not excellent? Therefore, it is said, "because of the very many bad states, it becomes disharmonious." Bad states refer to the body and mind being unsuitable, the meaning of being in accordance with afflictions. The upper ground is not without bad states, but this is a very large number of bad states. "Like a thick wall" refers to the nature of a thick wall. "Therefore, one cannot escape from that ground" means one cannot escape from that ground itself. In the statement "like not being able to escape from a wall," for example, if there is a wall, because it is oppressed by the direction of the sky, there is no escape, similarly, one cannot escape from that ground itself. "The opposite of this" refers to because of peace, the manifestation is very small. Because of excellence, because of very few bad states, it has not become disharmonious. Because of liberation, therefore escaping from the lower ground. By the way.

In the saying "I am complete," the phrase "from the peak of existence beyond the world" is incidental. Following the words "that exhaustion is attained and exhaustion is known," if one were to say, "If from the unwavering knowledge of exhaustion, arises the wisdom of non-arising," then one should say, "At that time, that is a non-learning Arhat," and only after that does this passage appear. After the knowledge of exhaustion, the knowledge of non-arising arises from it, and knowing non-arising is knowing that there is nothing to be done. The saying "Complete degeneration is possible" means that because there is a possibility for afflictions to arise, the wisdom of non-arising does not arise. If it were to arise, then complete degeneration would not be possible. The saying "This is for all Arhats" refers to the correct view of non-learning, because this, like the knowledge of exhaustion, arises in all Arhats. The saying "The conduct of a Shramana is the stainless path" means that the conduct of a Shramana is the eighty-nine uninterrupted paths, and the fruit of a Shramana is the path of liberation. The fruit of a Shramana includes both conditioned and unconditioned phenomena, and that is all. Therefore, in this way, these fruits of a Shramana are the five aggregates, the unconditioned, and the six elements. The saying "Becoming a Shramana" is synonymous with "becoming peaceful." Therefore, it is said, "through completely pacifying afflictions." Some say that by eliminating the fatigue of wandering in realms, destinations, and birthplaces, one is a Shramana. The saying "Ordinary beings cannot be permanently peaceful, so they are not true Shramanas" means that even if ordinary beings are free from desire from the birthplace of nothingness, they are not true Shramanas because there is still a residue of faults, and the faults have not been completely pacified. The saying "These are also taught in four ways in the Sutras" refers to the fruit of stream-entry up to Arhatship itself. The saying "Because this is the corresponding cause and the result of a person's actions" means that the "this" here is related to the conduct of a Shramana, and the path of liberation is the uninterrupted path.

It is the homogenous cause of the mother and the fruit of making a man, because it is similar to that in order, and because it is born by its power. These are the conditioned fruits of a renunciate. How is it? The path of seeing is the eightfold path of liberation with subsequent knowledge. The path of meditation has nine sets of nine. The abandonment of those afflictions are the unconditioned fruits of the renunciate's conduct. If so, then "then" means if those are eighty-nine. What the Buddha said needs to be supplemented, because he spoke of four fruits, but there are eighty-nine different fruits. Deliberately abandoning and supplementing is supplementing, meaning to closely supplement. It is not necessary to do, because what is taught in the sutra is intentional. What is the intention here? Although there are many fruits, the reason for establishing four fruits is because there are five causes. The path of stream-entry and the path of fruition, abandoning and obtaining, the path of stream-entry because of abandoning, because it does not possess. The path of fruition because of obtaining, because it possesses. The attainment of all, because of gaining one, meaning that when abandonment is combined, because of gaining one combined fruit, which is the separation attainment of previous abandonments. Simultaneously obtaining eight knowledges, meaning four dharma knowledges and four subsequent knowledges, from the dharma knowledge of suffering to the dharma knowledge of the path, and similarly the four subsequent knowledges. How to obtain sixteen aspects? It is said "impermanence, etc.", that is, impermanence, suffering, emptiness, selflessness, etc. The one who has entered the first fruit does not have these five causes, because he abides in the path of seeing. Those who have entered the second, third, and fourth fruits do not have the first three, but they have the two of obtaining eight knowledges and obtaining sixteen aspects, because they abide in the path of meditation. Almost and those who have abandoned desire from desire, those who have entered the second and third fruits, do not have all, because high
