The meaning of "Intu Legpa Yin Gyi" is "very good." Thinking that it is appropriate to explain the one who produces consciousness, the question "Why?" appears extensively. Since the meaning of the support has already been explained, the question about the non-commonality is: "How is it non-common?" In "Eye is another consciousness," "another" itself belongs to one's own continuum, but because of the difference in kind, it is a mental consciousness. Even if the kind is the same, because the support of sentient beings is different, it is an eye consciousness, not a support. It is the same up to the body. Why is it that even for form existing in one birth-place, eye consciousness existing in four birth-places can arise? Since eye consciousness existing in one birth-place does not give rise to eye consciousness existing in two birth-places, what need is there to mention others existing in four birth-places? Similarly, it is also non-common from the determination of realms and destinations. If the mental consciousness existing in another birth-place can give rise to one existing in another birth-place, one cannot simultaneously exist in multiple birth-places, just like form and so on. Therefore, because of following the support and non-commonality, it is shown through these. For example, like the sound of a large drum and the sprout of barley. Although the arising of sound and sprout depends on many causes, because the large drum and barley are non-common, it is said that "the sound of the large drum, the sprout of barley" is indicated by these. Drumsticks and so on, and water and so on, for the sound of the drum (རྔ་, dundubhi, dundubhi, 鼓) and the sprout of rice and so on, are also not indicated by "the sound of the drumstick, the sprout of water" because of non-commonality. From what? Because it is non-common. However, it is said, "the sound of the large drum, the sprout of barley." Similarly, here also, it is eye consciousness and so on, not form consciousness and so on. Again, when asked, "Where does the body reside?" the word "again" means freedom. "Where" refers to belonging to the desire realm, or the first dhyana, or the second, or the third, or the fourth.

Is the place. What is called what body, etc.? If the body belongs to the desire realm, then the eye, form, and consciousness also belong to the desire realm, and even if the body is the place of the fourth dhyana, are the eye, form, and consciousness also the place of the fourth dhyana? Or if the body belongs to the desire realm, then the eye, form, and consciousness belong to others, and similarly if the body is the place of the fourth dhyana, are the eye, form, and consciousness also the place of others? In order to show that there is no mutual determination between the four, it is said that "everything has differences." Except for those who belong to the desire realm and the first dhyana, it is impossible for all four of these to be their own places for beings born elsewhere. For beings born in the desire realm and the first dhyana, seeing their own forms, etc. with their own eyes, everything may be their own place. In order to show this principle, it is explained in detail that "beings born in the desire realm use their own eyes." The eyes of the place of the third and fourth dhyanas, etc., are like when the eyes of the first and second dhyanas born in the desire realm look at their place and the forms of the lower realms, it is explained in detail what is their place, and similarly, when the eyes of the third and fourth dhyanas look, it should also be understood in this way. Among them, when the eyes of the third dhyana look at the forms, etc. belonging to the desire realm, the form and body belong to the desire realm, while the eye consciousness is the place of the first dhyana, and the eye is the third dhyana. When looking at the forms, etc. of the first dhyana, the body is active in the desire realm, the forms, etc. and the eye consciousness are the first dhyana, and the eye is the place of the third dhyana. When looking at the forms, etc. of the second dhyana, the body belongs to the desire realm, the eye consciousness is the first dhyana, the forms, etc. are the second dhyana, and the eye is the third dhyana. When looking at the forms, etc. of the third dhyana, the body is active in the desire realm, the eye consciousness is the place of the first dhyana, and the form and eye are the third dhyana.

Similarly, when looking at things belonging to the desire realm with the eye of the fourth dhyana, the body and form are of the desire realm, and the consciousness of the eye is of the first dhyana. The eye is the realm of the fourth dhyana. When looking at the realms of the first dhyana, the body is the same as before. Form and consciousness are of the first dhyana. The eye is of the fourth dhyana. When looking at the realms of the second dhyana, the body is active in the desire realm, and the consciousness of the eye is of the first dhyana. Form is of the second dhyana. The eye is of the fourth dhyana. When looking at the realms of the third dhyana, the body belongs to the desire realm, and consciousness is of the first dhyana. Form is of the third dhyana. The eye is of the fourth dhyana. When looking at the realms of the fourth dhyana, the body is active in the desire realm, and the consciousness of the eye is the realm of the first dhyana. Form and the eye are of the fourth dhyana. It should be applied similarly when observing with the eye of the third dhyana and so on. If born in the first dhyana, when looking at the forms of the desire realm with the eye of the third dhyana, form is active in the desire realm, and the body and consciousness are of the first dhyana. The eye is of the third dhyana. When looking at the forms of the first dhyana, the body, consciousness, and forms are of the first dhyana, and the eye is of the third dhyana. When looking at the forms of the second dhyana, the body and consciousness are of the first dhyana, and form is of the second dhyana. The eye is of the third dhyana. When looking at one's own forms, the body and consciousness are of the first dhyana, and both the eye and form are of the third dhyana. It should be applied similarly when observing with the eye of the fourth dhyana. As for being born in the second dhyana and so on, among them, for one born in the second dhyana, one's own eye is the realm of the second dhyana. The third and fourth dhyanas are the eyes of others. Similarly, for one born in the third dhyana, one's own eye is the realm of the third dhyana. The eye of others is the realm of the fourth dhyana. The eye of one born in the fourth dhyana is only one's own realm, and there is no realm of others.
