Regarding the term "treasure," the word "etc." implies the inclusion of holding the perimeter, and so on. The fourth level is where the four great kings themselves appear. In the east is Dhṛtarāṣṭra, in the south is Virūḍhaka, in the west is Virūpākṣa, and in the north is Vaiśravaṇa's son. Therefore, it is said that the gods of the four great kings are there. This is because the four great kings themselves reside on the fourth level. Therefore, it is said in the verses of the scriptures, "The gods of the four great kings," because there are four great kings, they are the four great kings. The level refers to rising in the sky. The term "great" means very numerous, not perfectly great. Vajrapāṇi resides among them to protect the careless gods. The phrase "decorated with one hundred and one colors" means with one hundred and one kinds of colors. The terms "becoming soft" and "becoming hard" are synonyms for the manner of becoming soft and becoming hard. The phrase "precious jewels and various perfect places" means that the perfection of precious jewels and various places is great, indeed, greatness itself. The term "causing shame" is a synonym for causing shame. The phrase "gardens, various vehicles" is an extensive explanation. In the various vehicles, various vehicles appear due to the power of the gods. In the rough changes, weapons appear for those who want to fight. In the mixed garden, a distinction of joy arises from those who meet closely. In the joyful garden, one becomes joyful upon seeing great wealth and abundance. These gardens are square, and each of their sides is three hundred and fifty yojanas. Regarding "petals and leaves," the petals themselves are the leaves, so they are petals and leaves. The phrase "it does not go to a grazing place" means that it enters the place where it grew. What is the continuation of the fragrance of flowers? It refers to how sesame and other things have a fragrant base from the connection with flowers.

So, just as with the connection of flowers, does something that has passed arise because of its fragrance? The scent of flowers does not go in the wrong direction. This appears extensively. What exists at the root is the root, such as the scent of white sandalwood and musk, etc. The scent that the wise speak of refers to fame. The arising of action and non-action refers to the fact that because there is remainder, actions and non-actions such as avoidance arise, and that is its definition. Because there are other deities who lose their memory through play, etc., therefore it is said in brief. From the absence of strife, approaching the Akaniṣṭha heaven, and the deities between the end of the Akaniṣṭha heaven, gather like clouds in immeasurable palaces. The manifestation of the vessels of those sentient beings themselves, and not others, refers to the Brahmā hosts, etc., who do not enjoy desires because they are free from desire from desire. Just like people, they are completely without suffering because of the blowing of the wind, because there is no semen. The absence of semen is also because the food that exists there has no common cause. Just embracing is enough to be completely without suffering, if there is desire there, then those who are in accordance with desire will have the pleasure of embracing. If there is no desire, then they will not have the fault of contact, just like embracing a mother. Others say that everything is in pairs, and the five are determined in their respective realms, so the realm of other roots is not enjoyed by other roots. How much, how much, refers to where. The most numerous is six, which means that those realms are the most numerous, so they are quickly accomplished. Also, how do those who are born miraculously have the idea that this is my father, this is my son? Therefore, which god or goddess appears extensively. The so-called number refers to the fact that in the Four Great Kings it is like being five years old, and in the Paranirmitavasavartin it is like being ten years old. Those are also of the gods

The so-called "four categories" range from the retinues of the Four Great Kings up to Tushita. How do they enjoy what arises? They enjoy what arises. Because they have the ability to enjoy what arises, they are enjoying what arises. How do they emanate themselves as they wish? They emanate themselves according to their own wishes. Those who have the ability to enjoy emanations are enjoying the emanations they wish for. How do they emanate what they and others wish for? They emanate what they and others wish for according to their own wishes. To fully enjoy it is to fully enjoy what they and others emanate as they wish. Whatever has this ability should be understood in this way. The first is because they fully enjoy the realm of what arises. The second is because they fully enjoy the realm of what they emanate according to their own wishes. The third is because they fully enjoy the realm without an agent. Alternatively, in order, it is because they fully enjoy inferior, intermediate, and excellent realms. As for "those gods," the beings of the first dhyana are in the bliss of joy born of solitude, because they are free from attachment to desire. The beings of the second dhyana are in the bliss of joy born of samadhi. The beings of the third dhyana are in the bliss without joy, because they are free from attachment to joy. "Abiding in happiness" and so on will be explained in detail. For those born in special dhyana, it will be explained in detail, because there is neither happiness nor suffering there, so it is impossible for happiness to arise. The Vaibhashikas say that this is only a general statement, for example, what is clairvoyance? It is virtuous wisdom. That's what they say. Regarding "the twenty-two abodes of the gods that have been spoken of," the abodes of those who dwell in desire are six, and the abodes of those who dwell in form are sixteen, because the Great Brahma is included among the retinue of Brahma. "Forty thousand yojanas" and so on refer to those.
