Because the contact of consciousness arises from myself and the object, all contacts are accompanied by feeling. All consciousness is also contact, so there is no contradiction. The phrase "from different objects" means from objects such as form and sound. The phrase "the feeling that exists in the later contact" refers to the object of sound. The phrase "arising from the cause of the former contact" means arising from the cause of the contact that is the object of form. The phrase "how is it possible" clarifies anger. If contact and feeling are indeed different objects, then the feeling that arises later, through the path of happiness, the former contact will never experience happiness. Because the power of contact also experiences the object, contact and object cannot be separate. How can the contact that is about to experience happiness experience suffering in this way? Or, which mind is the object of sound? The phrase "other objects from that" means the object of form. If this is the case, what fault will there be? There will be the fault of not being in accordance with co-emergent contact, etc., because the objects are different, so it does not possess the five equalities. For that which is neither suffering nor happiness, it should also be said in the same way. The phrase "but at that time" refers to the time when the object changes. If it does not change, there is no fault. How is it possible? If, after the eye consciousness that is the object of form, the eye consciousness or mind consciousness only arises as the object of form, then it is accompanied by feeling. Why? Because the previously arisen one is eye consciousness, so it is of the same kind. Regarding "the previous consciousness of that," etc., why is it not contact? The reason stated for this is that the conditions are not complete. In this way, all the conditions of that similar immediate cause cannot generate the contact that is caused by feeling. Others say that the incomplete conditions here refer to the change of the sense faculty and the attention that arises from it. If this is the case, what fault will there be? It means there is no

Therefore, it was thought that there was no fault of different objectives. The so-called "certainty of many grounds has been lost" is because there is no touch and feeling, etc. in all minds, so this fault will arise. The so-called "there are three grounds": the ground with investigation and analysis is the desire realm and the first dhyana. The ground with no investigation but only analysis is the excellent samadhi. The ground with neither investigation nor analysis is from the second dhyana to the peak of existence. The virtuous ground is virtuous dharma, and non-virtuous and neutral are the same. The ground of learning is the uncontaminated dharma of the learning stage. The ground of no learning is the uncontaminated dharma of the no learning stage. The ground of neither learning nor no learning is the contaminated dharma. The unconditioned is not mentioned, because all grounds are conditioned. Among them, what are explained in detail, those are the many grounds, etc., feeling, perception, thought, etc., as it is said there. Others say that those are explained in detail, those refer to the many grounds, etc. Those that exist on which ground, those exist on it by category, not simultaneously, such as feeling and touch, etc. The so-called "reciting incidentally" means reciting the sutra incidentally, and the sutra recites: virtuous and neutral. The so-called "numerical" means that it is reasonable to obtain by nature, so now those who understand the Dharma characteristics establish it even more. The so-called "not recited before": in the chapter of the Differentiation Treatise, many grounds, virtuous many grounds, afflictive many grounds, minor afflictive many grounds are recited, only these four are recited, not the non-virtuous many grounds. The sutra says "born together", the sutra elaborates: the sutra says that feeling, perception, and thought are born together, but it does not say touch, and they also think that those are born together, so what can be answered to this? Even if it is admitted that feeling, etc. are born together with touch, feeling and
