It is extremely scattered. That which is called "depending on the obstructed sense power" means that the eyes and so on obstruct the arising of other forms in their own objects, so they are obstructed. Others say that it is called "depending on the obstructed sense power and being the object of the uniquely obstructed dharma." That which is called "verbal designation" means "name," such as Devasya and Datta, which are non-mental activities. That is the object of only the sixth consciousness, not of others. "In order to clearly show that," it is said, "that is the predominant object of this," in order to know that the sound called "sound" has no name other than sound. That which is called "eye consciousness knows blue" means knowing the self-nature of what is to be said. That which is called "not knowing blue" means not knowing from the gate of name, because eye consciousness is without discrimination. That which is called "mind consciousness knows both self-nature and name" means that it can grasp the relationship between name and what has name. That which is called "one is well distinguished by the basis" is obstructed touch, because it depends on the obstructed sense power. Others say that it is well distinguished by the basis and the object. That which is called "two is well distinguished by the object" is the touch of verbal designation, because it is particularly the object of verbal designation. That which is called "in terms of words," By showing proximity, understanding the relationship between name and what has name is to generate discrimination from the gate of mind consciousness for things such as pots and cloths. That which is called "two is well distinguished by correspondence" means that verbal designation is mind, and the touch that corresponds to it is the touch of verbal designation. In that which is called "knowledge and ignorance," that which is called "knowledge" is uncontaminated wisdom. That which is called "ignorance" is afflicted unknowing. That which is neither knowledge nor ignorance is virtuous contaminated wisdom,

Wisdom is not obscured and not predicted, those that are similar to those, it should be known that those in order are touch. The touch called ignorance will arise extensively, the touch of ignorance is corresponding to all defilements. What arises again and again is what constantly and universally arises, only one aspect of it is mentioned, and touch becomes two kinds, namely, the touch of harmful thoughts and the touch of attachment. How is it said that it is in accordance with pleasant feeling, it means that it is in accordance with pleasant feeling, and that it is the cause of generating pleasant feeling. It should be said similarly for others. How is it said that it is doable or able to be done, similarly, because it is experienceable or able to be experienced, it is experienceable. It is said that those are sixteen kinds of touch, namely, the six kinds of eye contact touch and so on, the two kinds of obstructive touch and false speech touch, the three kinds of touch of knowledge, ignorance and others, the two kinds of touch of harmful thoughts and attachment, and the three kinds of touch of experiencing pleasure and so on, thus, all those become sixteen kinds. The determination and detailed distinction of touch have been explained. To speak of feeling, before speaking of feeling as experience, hasn't feeling already been spoken of? Although it has been said, there it is from the perspective of its own nature, not from the perspective of detailed distinction, but here it is to be shown from the perspective of detailed distinction, because it is intended to be said, so there is no fault of repetition. Precisely because of this, it is said that the six kinds of feeling arise from that. Those, if briefly summarized, become two kinds of feeling, namely, physical and mental. Precisely because of this, it is said that five of those are physical. Although it is mental, because it depends on the colored sense faculty, it is said to be physical, because it is an accumulation of fine particles, and because it depends on the body, the sound of body refers to the eye and so on. When saying only depends on the mind, saying "only" is to prevent reliance beyond it. The body also depends on the mind, but the mind
