Regarding the statement "to come into being," even if Īśvara (自在,Lord) is the cause, the order of things, etc., does not contradict due to the power of desire. If you say that, then the statement "because desires are different" will arise. Desires are different from Īśvara and from each other. Therefore, they are the cause of the gradual arising of things, and the determination of place, time, and object, so they are composed of multiple causes. Therefore, it will become contradictory to the first position. Regarding "those different desires," the cause of desires is also only Īśvara. Therefore, not only the difference of things, but also the difference of desires will occur simultaneously. Why? Because the cause of desire, Īśvara, is not different. Even if desires arise simultaneously, all beings will arise simultaneously, because it is the cause of all. Regarding "other causes, relying on differences," desires individually rely on other causes and arise from Īśvara. Those other causes are also not permanent like Īśvara, therefore their gradual arising is not contradictory. If so, then Īśvara is not the only cause, so it will again contradict the first position. Those gradual arisings will also rely on the distinctions of other causes, like internal and external things or desires. If this is the case, then it will lead to an infinite regress, because here it is admitted that the cause of desire is other than Īśvara, so it will become an admission of the Śākya's (Buddhist) view. Even if the desires of Īśvara are simultaneous, it will be widely propagated that even though it is the cause of Īśvara, the order, etc., will not contradict, this is what is being thought. The statement "how do desires arise" refers to the explanation of the cause of gradual arising. How desires arise does not exist, because those desires have no external difference. Even if there is a cause, if there is no cause for simultaneous action, or if there is a conflicting cause, the result will not arise, then for desires, the cause for simultaneous action exists simultaneously, the cause of all is Īśvara, and for all conflicting

There is also no cause. For desires, they themselves do not have any previously non-existent particularity. Because they depend on other causes, and there are no other causes. Therefore, desires do not arise as they are. Then what is it? Everything will only arise simultaneously. These collections of the Lord's creation also do not have any slight necessity. The Lord is not the creator of creation, because he is without necessity, like other agents other than the Lord. If it is certain, then this thought is wrong. If it is said to be pleasure, then pleasure itself depends on the agent. Or, the Lord would not be the agent of pleasure, because he inevitably does it. Furthermore, as it is said, "like that same," just as the Lord is not the agent of pleasure, he is also not the agent of the three realms, because he is not a Lord with unobstructed characteristics. Just as he cannot avoid creating pleasure, he also cannot create without other means, so his control over everything will become weak. Or, like means, pleasure will also be created without relying on means. Many harms will occur, harms such as rain, robbery, lightning, plague, and diarrhea are things that are nearly harmful. Connections refer to things that are nearly tormenting. If beings arise and become happy, then pay homage to him. This is a word of flattery. From that beginning, as it is said extensively in the Hundred Violent Ones, "Because it completely burns," therefore it is called "violent." Likewise, it should also be said to other things. The so-called "the action of a person is manifest" refers to seeds and so on for sprouts and so on. The so-called "because other agents besides causes are not visible" refers to, for example, when eye consciousness arises from the eye, form, light, and attention, other agents besides these are not visible. Just as when the eye and so on exist, sometimes eye consciousness arises, and sometimes it does not. Likewise, if the Lord exists, then if that is the case, then others
