In short, just as the noble ones see suffering as suffering itself, and not as happiness, therefore it is said that suffering is the noble truth. Similarly, the noble ones only see the cessation of suffering as the nature of being without suffering, therefore it is said that the cessation of suffering is the noble truth. If it does not exist, it is because it is nothing, why would it become the third? Because it is seen and indicated after the second, therefore it is the third. When realizing the truth, after the second truth of origin, it is seen with one's own wisdom, and when teaching, it is indicated after the other two, therefore it is called the third. What will it become, means what fault will it become. What will it become, means what merit will it become. It will become supporting the Vaibhashika school, means it will become this merit. It will become the unreal imputed, this is the answer to what was said before about what fault it will become, it will become the fault of the unreal imputed. Why? It means asking the reason, because this cannot be established by mere words. Like form and feeling, etc., this is an extensive explanation. Whatever is real, like form and feeling, etc., is either directly perceived by its own nature, or inferred by the way of its result like the eye, etc. But this has neither, so it is not an unconditioned phenomenon, not a real entity. It should be understood that this has been said more than once. Some thing, refers to things like desire, etc. Because things like cause and effect are impossible. The word "etc." includes things like wealth and owner, parts and whole, qualities and possessors of qualities, etc. Cessation is not the result of a thing, nor is it a cause, nor is it wealth and owner. Similarly, it can also be said to others. Merely negating is possible, this is said in terms of the relationship between dharma and the possessor of dharma, such as sound and impermanence.

As it is. That is its state, not that of others. Even if it is another object, the saying "belonging to which affliction" appears extensively. Here, for two minds, two cessations should be observed. Together with the path of immediate consequence, the attainment of affliction ceases; together with the path of liberation, the cessation of separate analysis is attained. If the attainment of affliction has not ceased, then the attainment of separation cannot be attained. Thus, the attainment of which affliction has ceased, and which cessation is attained, is said to be its own. Regarding this, since there is no relationship such as cause and effect, the question is: What is the definite cause for attaining it? By the cessation of the attainment of this affliction, only this cessation is attained, not another. There is no definite cause for this statement, because the previously mentioned relationships are impossible. Or, this is the attainment of separation from desire, not the attainment of separation from another. There is no definite cause, because the cessation of the attainment of desire is not the cause, and there is no difference in the path. Merely negating "not belonging to someone" is not permissible. To show the contradiction with the scriptures, the sutras mention "attaining nirvana in the present life," etc. Attaining nirvana in the present life is in the state of the realm with remainder, because that non-existence is inexpressible, so how can it be attained? Therefore, because the sutras say that it is attained, it is considered that nirvana exists. To show that even if it does not exist, attainment is not contradictory, it is extensively said, "through attaining the antidote." Afflictions and existence are afflictions and existence. Their birth is the birth of afflictions and existence. The basis that is completely contrary to that birth of afflictions and existence is: The birth of afflictions and existence, and the basis that is completely contrary, because of attaining it, it is called attaining nirvana. Through the power of the antidote, the contrary basis is attained, and the basis is like a seed burned by fire.
