Of the earth. It is not the case that what was produced earlier. The explanation of the cause for that is as follows: the fruit being earlier, etc., is extensively explained. If the fruit were to become very early, then the cause would become meaningless. If the cause with equal potential is in the future, then since there is no before or after, the cause and fruit would become confused, as previously explained. Regarding the arising of uncontaminated Dharma earlier, it is extensively explained. Here, one might think that the fruit itself arose earlier, and the cause with equal potential is in the future, so it is asked. For example, regarding completely falling away from the higher fruit. The higher fruit is the Arhat fruit itself, or the non-returner fruit, or the once-returner fruit. Regarding the time of manifesting the lower fruit, the lower fruit is the non-returner fruit, or the once-returner fruit, or the stream-enterer fruit. Thus, when completely falling away from the higher fruit and manifesting the lower fruit, although the path of the higher fruit arose earlier, it is like the path gathered by the lower fruit being the cause with equal potential that arose later. There, it is because it is inferior. Regarding the attainment of the knowledge of Dharma in suffering, it is extensively explained. That attainment of the knowledge of Dharma in suffering arises together with the knowledge of Dharma in suffering. For example, the attainment of the forbearance of the knowledge of Dharma in suffering, the forbearance following the knowledge of suffering, etc., are not the cause of all that arises together,

It is said that "they are the same." If so, then those arising from different times and lineages, because of different forms and objects, would become causes possessing the same function, which is not valid. If that is the case, then the same fault would occur again, which refers to what was said earlier about those arising from different lineages and times, etc. Like this, those arising from different times and lineages have the same form and object, and different objects and forms. Among them, saying "the same form and object" prevents different forms and objects. The other is not prevented, so it becomes the same fault. Then, the statement "it is the same time" will appear. If so, then there will also be a fault for those arising from different lineages but not different times, such as many people looking at the beginning of the month, etc. There will also be a fault for those arising from different lineages, the same time, and the same form and object. Because those differences will also lead to other faults, therefore, they are those with the same basis. Even different lineages, because from the perspective of type, the bases such as eyes are the same, in order to distinguish from this, it is said that "the same" means not different. This shows that this is considered the same from the perspective of moments, not from the perspective of type. Therefore, it will be explained in detail below. In addition, in order to determine the question in mind, what is the difference between causes that have the same function and causes that arise simultaneously, it is said that "whatever is a cause that has the same function is also a cause that arises simultaneously." There are also causes that arise simultaneously that are not causes that have the same function, such as form that follows the mind, and birth, etc., as well as the four great elements. If whatever is a cause that has the same function must be a cause that arises simultaneously, then because there is no difference in substance, the question is "what is the meaning again," etc. Because of the relationship of mutual fruits, it will be explained in detail below. For example, guests together on the road through mutual strength...

Just as travelers do, mind and mental factors also arise due to mutual strength, therefore they are considered to be mutual fruits, and mutual fruits are also considered to be the cause of simultaneous arising. The so-called "five similarities" refer to the aspects of having the same basis, object, aspect, time, and substance. The so-called "meaning of possessing similarity" refers to the meaning of having the same function, just as travelers walk on the road due to mutual strength, and they share the enjoyment of food, drink, bathing, beds, and cushions, etc., in the same way, mind and mental factors, in the process from the future to the present, even if one is missing, they will not be completely the same. This is the entity of their cause, because it exists, it exists. The cause of possessing similarity has been explained. The so-called "pervasive" refers to afflictions. In the word "all," mentioning afflictions is to distinguish it from the cause of having the same destiny, because the latter belongs to both afflicted and non-afflicted beings, while the former belongs only to afflicted beings. If that is the case, then other grounds, the future, later-born, and co-emergent will also become pervasive causes? Therefore, it is said, "self-ground pervasive prior." The pervasive are also those, and the prior are also those, which is the pervasive prior, meaning those that arise prior to the pervasive. The subtle pervasive of one's own ground, whether past or present, those that arise prior are the pervasive cause of all afflicted beings. This, unlike the cause of having the same destiny, does not mention its own kind, because in this way, it itself is the common cause of afflicted beings, therefore it is distinguished from the cause of having the same destiny. Those will also be explained in detail below, those also, suffering cause to be abandoned by seeing, views and doubt likewise, and that which is not mixed with them, whatever ignorance is, is pervasive. It means that all five kinds of things can become objects, or afflictions.
