If it is said that the difference in the structure of existing things such as trees is called encounter, then, therefore, it is said "like the order of the mind." Just as the mind and what arises from the mind, which arise in the past and future times, have no other order than uninterrupted cessation and arising, similarly, the sounds that arise before and after also have no difference in structure other than uninterrupted cessation and arising. Therefore, the sounds of the past and the future are also like the mind, and it is not contradictory to be the nature of the basis of the difference in structure. The so-called "just a letter" is considered to be a small fault, not because it is not certain, so there is a letter that is more excellent than anything. The so-called "distinguishing in those is meaningless" means that it is meaningless to completely distinguish names and sentences from letters. The Vaibhashikas say that the nature of non-corresponding actions, such as the collection of names, etc., is only real. From where to say it? From the scriptures, as it is said in the sutras: O monks, the Tathagata who has attained the supreme and attained the wonderful sound is the one who has attained the collection of names, the collection of sentences, and the collection of letters. Obtaining is getting, and if it is not a thing, it cannot be obtained. In addition, all dharmas are not the object of thought, therefore, it is established from the scriptural measure that is believed in this way, and some dharmas are only the object of the Tathagata's wisdom. Wanting to describe the difference in form and asking questions, that is, "Also, what do these collections of names, etc. correspond to?" and so on appear widely. The so-called "What does it correspond to" means what realm does it correspond to. It only belongs to desire and form, not to the formless, because there is no language there. Some others say that there are also those that belong to the formless, but those are unspeakable. The so-called "saying" means that it is not to say other collections of names, etc. in other languages, and in the formless, because there is no language, it is unspeakable. Those are counted as sentient beings.

Yes. Because there is nothing that corresponds to what is not counted as sentient beings, except for the two cessations (referring to the Nirvāṇa with remainder and the Nirvāṇa without remainder). If it is said that it corresponds to those things that are spoken of, then where does this doubt come from that it will correspond to the things that are spoken of? This is because when names are assigned, it is said that this name is of real meaning. Therefore, just as the eye faculty only corresponds to the viewer and not to the object to be viewed, so here too, when a name is spoken, only those with which it corresponds are spoken of. Because it is produced by an equal share cause. It is only produced by a homogeneous cause, not by growth, because it is not an accumulation of atoms. Nor is it produced by maturation, because it arises as desired. The Blessed One said, 'Because it is the fruit of the owner of karma, I say that name is also born from karma.' They are also un-obscured and unspecified, because of that very reason. Those who have completely cut off the roots of virtue, when speaking of virtuous dharmas, do not correspond to the virtuous dharmas, nor do they correspond to their names. Similarly, when speaking of the non-virtuous dharmas of those who are free from attachment, it should also be said in this way. Similarly, for the term "equal share," because there is the saying "equal share is similar sentient beings," it is only showing sentient beings. Those who have completely cut off the roots of virtue and those who are free from attachment are also unspecified because they correspond to this. This is not only a homogeneous cause, but also maturation. Among them, what is produced from maturation is like having an equal share with hells and so on, because there is the saying "born with an equal share with the gods." Because there is no homogeneous cause that is not produced from maturation, therefore, apart from what is produced from maturation, the equal shares of virtuous dharmas and so on are all produced from a homogeneous cause. By the division of realms, it is not only like the collection of names and so on that belong only to the desire realm and the form realm, but it is the three realms, because there is the saying "is similar sentient beings," and sentient beings are also of the three realms. "Obtaining two kinds" means
