Having attained the state of an Arhat, those who have not attained that state will not die by themselves, nor will they be killed by others. As for being in the womb, as long as a Bodhisattva is in the womb, and a Wheel-Turning King is in the womb, the mother herself will not die, nor will she be killed by others. Furthermore, why does the term "bhikshu" appear extensively in the sutras? "Other dhyanas and formless realms" refers to dhyanas and formless realms other than the realm of neither perception nor non-perception. In those realms, self-death, for the purpose of destroying afflictions, refers to one's own attainment of the noble path. Being killed by others refers to the preliminary practices of a higher level, solely for the purpose of destroying afflictions, because in this way one can be liberated from the desires of the lower realms. Therefore, it is said that neither exists. In the realm of neither perception nor non-perception, there is neither the noble path attained by oneself, nor the preliminary practices of a higher level, because there is nothing beyond that. If that is the case, then it also appears extensively there. In that state, the noble path of unobstructed liberation will also be killed by others. For example, the unobstructed liberation path of non-outflow can liberate one from all desires, and the eighth noble path desires to be liberated from oneself and from the higher level, and those non-returners born in the peak of existence have already manifested the realm of nothingness, therefore afflictions are exhausted. So, mentioning the limit includes those and so on. Here, the limit refers to the realm of neither perception nor non-perception. Those and so on refer to those and so on, because they are the same in terms of samadhi, so it goes up to the first dhyana, but because there is no samadhi, it is not the desire realm. Understanding those and so on is understanding those and so on. Just like those born in the peak of existence, those born in those and so on will not die by themselves, nor will they be killed by others. In order to show that there are teachings with such characteristics from other aspects as well, in some places, the limit is also with the first.

Thus. Here, the first is the gods of the Brahma host realm. The last are the Brahma attendants and the Great Brahma, because they are included in the first joy of birth. In some places, it is said that the first is also understood by the last, which is an extensive explanation. Here, the last are the Clear Light gods. By mentioning them, the immeasurable light gods and the lesser light gods of the first will also be understood, because they are included in the second joy of birth. Here, the word 'like this' is used as an example. If one example is given, and there are others of the same kind, then the word 'like this' is not present here. Here, it is not said that 'like this' refers to those who approach the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception. Therefore, 'like this, like the gods of the Brahma host realm; like this, like the gods of Clear Light' cannot be closely connected. If the word 'like this' is an example, then 'like this, people and some gods' will not be obtained here. Why? Because the word 'like this' does not connect people and some gods as examples with any meaning derived from the example, because it shows the complete nature of different bodies and different perceptions. Therefore, this is the meaning of close demonstration, referring to those with different bodies and different perceptions. Just as the word 'like this' closely demonstrates them, so here too, by mentioning the last, those and others are understood. For example, in the sutra 'like the gods of the Brahma host realm, and like the gods of Clear Light,' the word 'like this' is only the meaning of close demonstration. Enough is enough because it is too much. Because one word has the nature of having many meanings, it does not harm the fact that this is the meaning of close demonstration, so it does not turn into the meaning of example. Such a fault is visible. The explanation of life is finished. 'Life and characteristics,' because the characteristics are shown in the continuation of that. The characteristics are birth, and so on, as explained extensively. Manifest as conditioned, meaning like this.
