It should also be said that form, etc., should also be nameless and undifferentiated. Or, since mind and mental factors are all of the nature of cessation, why is it only said that the cessation of perception and feeling? Why not say the cessation of other minds and mental factors? The so-called incompatibility with them refers to incompatibility with perception, and incompatibility with perception and feeling. Applying these samadhis to them means applying samadhis to them. Among them, being incompatible with perception is associated with the samadhi of non-perception, because perception is internal, perception is the fruit, and perception is a thorn. This is peaceful, this is abundant, it is a vast arising. Being incompatible with perception and feeling is associated with the samadhi of cessation, one is the basis of the afflictions of view, and the second is the basis of the afflictions of craving. Therefore, it is precisely incompatible with them. Just like "knowing the minds of others," in order to know the minds of others, one diligently practices, therefore, one can know the minds of others. But it is not that he does not know the dharmas such as feeling, and it is the same here. Now, how is it? This is a vast arising, because it has not been seen that sprouts, etc., with causes arise from seeds that have decayed and lasted for a long time. The Vaibhashikas think that the past also exists, because the Vaibhashikas say that the past does not exist. If it exists, then how is it past? It is said that it is past because the action has ceased, but not because it has completely abandoned its own nature. Therefore, just like just ceasing, it is the same for those who have ceased and lasted for a long time, and it is considered to be a direct cause. Former teachers said that this is a vast arising, and former teachers were Sutra masters, etc. The mind and the body with the senses are mutually seeds, the mind also has the seed of the body with the senses, and the body also has the seed of the mind with the senses. Like that

Both are seeds for each other. The treatise called "Comprehensive Inquiry" was written by him. The so-called "becoming a fault" refers to how, if it has ceased, how can the mind that has been long gone arise again? The so-called "that is unreasonable" refers to the fact that the cessation samadhi is with mind, so that is unreasonable. The so-called "contact arises from the aggregation of three" refers to the faculties, objects, and consciousness. The so-called "feeling arises from contact" is extensively explained, if there is an unobstructed cause, then the result will inevitably arise, therefore, for this substance of cessation samadhi, perception and feeling will also not cease, just like contact. The so-called "however" is extensively explained, feeling, perception, and all minds arise from contact, but not all contacts are the cause of feeling and so on, therefore, in cessation samadhi, since contact is the cause, perception and feeling and so on will not cease, which will become a fault. Because of turning away from perception and feeling, that state is attained, so even if there is contact in that state, it cannot establish the cause of perception and feeling. An example of this is that craving arises from feeling and so on. The so-called "feeling and so on do not arise," the word "and so on" includes perception and mind. The so-called "because of the special reason, that is not" refers to the fact that just like feeling, not all contacts are the cause of feeling, that is not right. Why? Because in other sutras, feeling is specifically pointed out. The so-called "contact born from the aggregation of ignorance" is extensively explained, contact related to ignorance is contact aggregated with ignorance. What is born from the aggregation of ignorance is born from the contact aggregated with ignorance. Therefore, when craving arises, feeling is specifically pointed out as being born from the contact aggregated with ignorance, therefore it cannot be established that feeling without ignorance is the cause of existence. The so-called "when feeling arises" and so on, this contact.

Similarity lies in the cause of feeling, without distinguishing "it is like this" and "it is not like this." Therefore, since there is no distinction and it is approached, all touch is the cause of feeling, so this example is not the same. Therefore, it can be established that cessation attainment is without mind. Virtuous concentration with mind is suitable for concentration itself because mind and mental factors are established as one. If it is not like this, it is not. Thinking and asking: How can there be concentration when there is no mind? Is it to accomplish the equality of the great elements? The non-decaying nature of the great elements is the abiding of mind and mental factors that are not in harmony with arising, and accomplishing it is doing it that way. Only the mind of the practice of entering concentration can accomplish the equality of the great elements, because it makes body and mind harmonize with each other. Others say that the equality of the great elements is the nature of being without harm, like cessation attainment is the nature of being without harm. Or, the concentration of cessation by mind, that concentration is concentration, because the two, concentration and mind, are contradictory to exist simultaneously, how can there be concentration? Therefore, it is said, "because it will be obtained," like this, the mind of the practice of entering concentration is mind and mental factors, contradictory to arising, and it is what leads to cessation attainment. Because it obstructs the arising of mind, for what reason does cessation attainment, like water flowing through a channel, obstruct the arising of mind at other times. Non-existence, how can it obstruct the arising of mind? The mind that is entering concentration does not enter concentration because the cause is exhausted, or it is close to being contrary to entering concentration. It is not temporarily because the cause is exhausted, because it will arise again. Therefore, it should be understood as being done by other contradictory causes. That contradictory cause is also cessation attainment. No, only the mind of entering concentration can...
