The dharmas of a learner are learners. Non-learners are non-learners. Among them, the attainment of the dharmas of a learner, because it is included in the path of learning, is only a learner. Similarly, non-learners should also be understood. Defiled dharmas and unconditioned dharmas, because they are included in the path of learning and non-learning, are neither learners nor non-learners. For the time being, the attainment of defiled dharmas, because learners and non-learners are impossible, is neither a learner nor a non-learner. Among the unconditioned, some are neither learners nor non-learners, and some have three aspects, therefore, it is said "non-discrimination", in order to connect with "neither a learner nor a non-learner." In "attainment by non-noble ones" and so on, the attainment of cessation through discrimination, attained by the non-noble path, because it is included in the defiled path, is neither a learner nor a non-learner. The sound of "ངང་" is for the purpose of guiding according to the occasion. Because it is included in the path of learning, the attainment of the path of learning is a learner. Similarly, non-learners should also be understood. The path of no-break and the path of liberation lead to the attainment of exhaustion, and because they are the basis, they have the power to attain cessation in the knowledge of exhaustion. Therefore, it is said that "what is attained by the non-learning path is a non-learner." It is said that "it is only what should be abandoned by seeing and meditating", because the attainment of what should be abandoned by seeing and meditating is established by the power of dharma. For what should not be abandoned, because there is a difference, it is explained in detail. The attainment of non-discriminatory cessation is not indicated, and the merit of cessation through discrimination by worldly people is defiled, because it is not an affliction and is defiled, so it should be abandoned by meditation. It is also said: "Not an affliction, not to be abandoned by seeing." "That nature" refers to cessation through discrimination.

It is obtained through the noble path. Whatever is uncontaminated that is obtained by the noble ones through the worldly path is also obtained through the power of the noble path, therefore it is uncontaminated. The truth of the path is also uncontaminated, therefore it is not to be abandoned. "Those not prophesied arise together." In this statement, this exception is a case that includes exceptions, because it says, "Except for clairvoyance and emanation." The statement "because of weak power" means that the weakness itself is without fruition. It is not a fault for the uncontaminated ones, because it is to be accomplished by great effort. "Except for clairvoyance and emanation, those not prophesied are obtained and arise together" should be applied in this way. Clairvoyance is of two kinds: the divine eye and the divine ear. The clairvoyance of the eye and ear is why it is said to be "not prophesied." The statement "mind of emanation" means that there are "four non-prophecies." These are accomplished through the particularity of combination, which shows that they arise from effort and therefore possess power. In "the place of crafts," etc., here it depends on the particularity of effort, not just effort alone. Therefore, it is mentioned "very familiar," for example, the conduct of the practitioner is like the conduct of the Bhagavan and the horse tamers, etc. The place of crafts is like Vishvakarman of the Thirty-three Gods and Mayu of the Asuras; these are accomplished through the particularity of combination, therefore they possess power. Others, because of weak power, are obtained and arise together. In "the obscured form," mentioning form is to distinguish non-form, because its attainment is established in another way. What is obscured is only the form of expression of body and speech of the first dhyana, which is afflicted, but not of the higher dhyanas, nor of the desire realm, because there is no universal arising.

Therefore. Because the consciousness of distinguishing, which is aroused by the great form that has been obscured, cannot project non-distinguishing consciousness either, it is established as having little power. Therefore, attainment is only co-existent. In the desire realm, there is no prior birth of form. As it is said, the attainment of good and non-good forms such as precepts in the desire realm is in all ways without prior birth. It arises that there is co-existent birth and later birth. Among them, co-existent birth is the birth of past dharmas because of co-existent arising, which is both past and present. Among them, saying 'in the desire realm' is for the sake of clarifying conduct in the form aggregate. Saying 'form' is for the sake of clarifying non-form. Saying 'in all ways' means that there is neither good nor non-good, as it should be understood, because those that are not obscured and are unspecified have been prohibited above. The forms of conduct, good and non-good, in the desire realm arise from combination, but are not attained after birth. Because it is an unestablished ground, it is not possible to attain the future, therefore, their attainment has no prior birth. Attainment has been explained. Is there a distinction in non-attainment as in attainment? Answer: There is not. If so, what is it like? Non-attainment is unobscured and unspecified. How is it known that non-attainment is only unobscured and unspecified? If it were the same as dharma, then arhats and others would be associated with non-virtuous dharmas and obscured and unspecified dharmas, those who have completely severed the roots of virtue would also be associated with virtuous dharmas, and ordinary beings would also be associated with noble dharmas. If it were the opposite of dharma, then arhats and others would also be associated with afflicted dharmas, and those who have completely severed the roots of virtue would also be associated with virtuous roots. Therefore, non-attainment is only unobscured and unspecified. Those three, the past and the unborn. This is said in relation to the continuum. The non-attainment that arises in the present
