The object of, is what can be accomplished. What is given is giving. The name giving, here it is considered giving virtue. What is given, such as clothes, etc., is only a brief reminder. With greed, etc., the word "etc." includes anger and jealousy, etc. What collection, refers to the collection of mind and what arises from mind. The aggregates refer to the five aggregates. Alternatively, the appearance of body and speech should also be regarded as the form aggregate. Arising, this is nature, refers to non-change, etc. For example, a house made of grass is not transformed from grass, but it is made only by those that have not changed. Therefore, what arises from grass is the nature of grass. It should be understood that it is thought that it is called arising after fully examining its changes. Or, in order to say that it is its nature, therefore, it is called arising with the definition of arising. Similarly, it should also be said that the vessel made of leaves. Except for experiencing in the visible Dharma, it is because that is the meaning of both. Because it completely transcends from its Vipaka ground, it means completely transcending from the desire realm, which is a synonym. Because the desire realm is the Vipaka ground of giving. Having the qualities of listening, etc., the word "etc." includes the qualities of renunciation, wisdom, and small greed, etc. Giving with respect, etc., means that because there is respect, etc. here, it is respect, etc., which is the difference in behavior. In order, it will become four differences, that is, giving with respect will gain respect. Giving from one's own hands will gain faith in great enjoyment. Giving at the right time will be obtained in time without missing the opportunity when one can enjoy the enjoyment. Giving without harming others will gain enjoyment without obstacles.

It is said that "touching at this time will turn into a comfortable body," meaning that it will become warm when it is cold, cold when it is warm, and remain normal when it is neither cold nor hot. The word "etc." in "cold etc." includes bad environments and rain, etc. This is just as it is said in the sutras. For example, parents are called parents because they have kindness. It should be understood that doing good or evil to them will produce great consequences. "Take the Jataka stories of bears and deer etc. as examples," meaning putting bears and deer into caves and warming them with body temperature, or rescuing them from floods. Doing evil to these benefactors will immediately lead to the cutting off of hands, etc. The word "etc." can be exemplified by the Jataka stories of monkeys, etc. "Giving to those who uphold morality will yield a hundred thousandfold reward," similar to such statements. The word "etc." includes giving to those who have attained the fruit of stream-entry, which will yield immeasurable rewards. Giving to those who have attained the fruit of stream-entry will yield even greater immeasurable rewards, and so on. "Apart from that" refers to the bodhisattva's giving that was just mentioned, which is giving for the sake of perfect complete enlightenment and the benefit of all sentient beings. "The remaining parts are easy to understand, so I will not explain them in detail," referring to "because one gives to oneself, it is giving," and so on. "Because one gives to oneself, it is giving," meaning that one thinks, "This person gave to me before," and then gives, this is the third type. "Because one will give to oneself, it is giving," this is the fourth type. "In the past, my parents and ancestors gave, so it is giving," this is the fifth type. "Giving for the sake of heavenly realms" is the sixth type. "Giving for the sake of fame" is the seventh type. From "for the sake of the adornment of the mind" to "giving in order to obtain the most excellent benefit," this is the eighth type. "The adornment of the mind" refers to supernormal powers. "The equipment of the mind" refers to the eight kinds of equipment of the mind, namely the eightfold noble path.

The eighth (chapter). The meaning of the assembly of yoga is the meaning of the cause of yoga. Is the attainment of the supreme meaning the Arhat himself? It is the attainment of Nirvana, therefore it is giving. The eighth is four distinctions, but they are the only way to attain Nirvana. Because it is one, the teacher said it is easy to understand. The so-called four distinctions of the field are the fields of liberation, suffering, benefit, and merit. The so-called which side should it belong to is because it is neither the field of walking nor the field of merit, therefore it is a question. The so-called showing clearly what is in accordance and not in accordance refers to Dharma and non-Dharma. The so-called because the ripening is definitely abiding is a synonym for saying that the ripening is definitely produced. Some think that it is only the master of the field, for example, killing an ordinary person is not as good as killing a father. For that itself, due to the power of the basis, it is due to the power of the path of action. How is it? It is said that the karma of killing father and mother is heavy, just like not giving and taking, etc., it is not so heavy. The karma of stealing the property of parents is not as heavy as that, because killing them is the nature of the five heinous crimes. The word "etc." includes false speech and divisive speech, etc. Similarly, it should also be applied to others, that is, some become heavy due to the difference of combination, because the ripening is definitely abiding. Some are due to the difference of intention. Some are due to the difference of thought. The so-called not considering in advance, nor doing it casually, on the one hand, doing it without considering in advance means not doing it after deliberately thinking "this should be done." That is not accumulation, but the karma that has not been predicted. The so-called not doing it casually means that even if you consider it in advance, it is not done by chance. Habit becomes nature. For example, any non-virtuous karma such as lying is done, but it is not accumulation. Between the three
