It is called a word. "Etc." means things like those abandoned by seeing. "These" means things like those abandoned by seeing. "To be abandoned by meditation is twofold," it means that the fruit of a person's action is what is abandoned by meditating on virtue when arising from the path of no outflows. "Like the beginning and the end" means that it appears extensively like the beginning and the end. Furthermore, saying "in order" is so that it should be known that in the middle also it is like the beginning and the end. How is it? In the beginning, the meaning of "in order" is combined with the sound of "in sequence," saying: "Non-virtue, virtue, etc., two, three, and four, in order." Because it appears like that. At the end also: "Those not to be abandoned, one, two, and four, in order." It is combined like that. Just as in that way, in the beginning and the end, the meaning of "in order" is explained, so in the middle also it should be understood similarly. That is a harmoniously combined dharma, which means that it is a method of abbreviation. If it is not like that, then for non-specified virtues, etc., "those two, three, and three," everything like that, it would be necessary to say "in order." "Because it arises from improper attention," it means that attention, whatever is improper and unreasonable, and engages in accordance with afflictions, that arises from that. Its nature is because of that. "By what, how to go," means that whatever person goes in whatever way, because they do not go in that way, this action is born from unreason. "Ritual deterioration is also," it means that the word "also" is to gather that it is also of an afflicted nature. What is other than those two is neither, which means that it is neither born from reason nor born from unreason. What else is there? It means non-specified actions, and non-specified things other than ritual deterioration and non-ritual deterioration. "Birth" means to the same kind, which means it is a non-mental formation.

It is thought that this is not the arising of self-nature. So, regarding the phrase "abiding without ceasing," the meaning of the words is: if only one karma can only draw one birth, then how can the content of "abiding without ceasing, I am that only alms" be said so extensively without contradiction? Because in other lives, he offered alms to something like the Tagara flower on the crown of a Pratyekabuddha. Therefore, it is said in this way: "I am that only alms" is said so extensively. "Transformation" means "accomplishment." Some people are similar, some have complete faculties, and some have incomplete faculties, which is caused by different karmas of accomplishment, this statement is unreasonable. Because the six faculties are drawn, the eyes and so on are the result of the karma of drawing. Colors and so on are the result of the karma of accomplishment. Therefore, if it is said that some people are similar, some have good color, and some have bad color, this is unreasonable. If it is said that those factors that contradict arising should be avoided, because the karma of accomplishment has this ability, so there is no contradiction. If it is not like this, as long as there is arising drawing, there will be no situation where any faculties are incomplete. "Other things related to the Vipaka" refers to feelings and so on. "Because it does not arise simultaneously with karma" means that, for example, these Samadhis do not arise simultaneously with the karma called "thought," because they are in a mindless state, so they also do not arise simultaneously with the karmas of body and speech. "Those who have attained the Vipaka" are also not the drawers, because karma and result are not the same. Although the attainers exist simultaneously with the karma of drawing, they are not the same as its result, because the attainers are like the bark of a tree, existing externally. "The obscuration of karma" means that karma itself is the obscuration, affliction itself is the obscuration, and Vipaka itself is the obscuration. "The roots of virtue that are combined with the noble path" refers to the heat and so on. "It will definitely fall into evil destinies and so on" refers to hell and the animal realm.
