As, monks, because intentional actions have been completed and accumulated, they will be born in hells. How are intentional actions completed and accumulated? Monks, here some intentionally perform three kinds of bodily actions and so on. Four kinds of speech actions and three kinds of mental actions, after explaining in detail, the Buddha said: Monks, how are the three kinds of intentional mental actions completed and accumulated? For example, here some monks have greed, become minds of harmful intent, and are wrong views. From "Monks, there are also some who are inverted views" it is described in detail. Those who give examples say that apart from greed, etc., no other mental actions are mentioned, so greed, etc. are mental actions. The special feature of the Sutra masters is the use of the word "is." If that is the case, karma and afflictions will become one, that is, the afflictions greed, hatred, and wrong views are karma, so they will become one. Even if some afflictions become karma, that does not exist, because there is the saying of mind karma and thought karma. If that is the case, how to guide the intentional scriptures? The scriptures explain in detail, saying that because the mind enters through greed, etc., greed, etc. show that the monks have greed, thus showing the mind in detail. If that is not the case, if karma and afflictions are one, then it contradicts the statement "Monks, I say mind and thought karma," and it also contradicts the Abhidharma. Without the thought of benefiting others and harming others, etc., it is described in detail how without the thought of benefiting others and harming others, how are right views and wrong views good and unwholesome in order? Therefore, it is said because that is its root, right views and

Those views about "Ga" are the root of thoughts of benefiting others and thoughts of harming others, and are synonymous with the word "cause." Therefore, these two are themselves good and non-good. The so-called "as appropriate" means as possible. If you ask "how is it possible," it is said that goodness comes from good deeds, and non-goodness comes from bad deeds. The so-called "other afflictions" refer to beating and binding, and so on. The so-called "not very coarse" refers to the combination and the final result, and others that are also not very coarse. Connect the aspect of mental misconduct, which is also not included. Abstaining from drunkenness, etc., giving and offering sacrifices, etc., the first "etc." includes beating and binding, etc. The second "etc." also includes bathing, body threads, and guiding from fear, etc. The so-called "euphemistic speech, etc.," the word "etc." includes teaching the Dharma and showing the way, etc. Connect the aspect of mental good conduct, which is also not included. The so-called "six non-manifestations" means that six are definitely not manifestations, but it is not necessary to determine that "only six are not manifestations." The so-called "because there is no substantial manifestation" means that, for example, the tenet of the Vaibhashikas is that there is no manifestation included in the substantial path of action, but there is a manifestation included in the manifestation that functions as a gateway. The so-called "one two aspects" is made to determine that "one has only two aspects." The so-called "dying at that time" means dying at the time of manifestation; if dying at other times, there is only non-manifestation. The so-called "Sangha two kinds" is to determine that "there are only two kinds." The so-called "the precepts taken according to the Dharma depend on manifestation" means that there are two kinds of precepts, and the precepts taken according to the Dharma are the Pratimoksha precepts.

The ethical discipline of suchness is the discipline of meditation and the discipline without outflows. Among these, the ethical discipline that is properly adopted depends on manifestation, because it is received from others. The ethical discipline of suchness does not depend on manifestation, because it depends only on the mind. It is said, "What arises from concentration is not manifestation." It is said, "All that is closely gathered is manifestation." That is to say, the application of the path of action that is practiced in the desire realm is undoubtedly manifestation. However, it is not certain whether it is non-manifestation, therefore it is said, "Manifestation does not change or is non-manifestation." "Completely entangled" refers to shamelessness and so on. "Greatly cherished" means with intense force. "The practice of dharma that is in accordance with it" means that the dharma that is in accordance with that path of action is a similar action. For example, even after a living being dies, it can still be urged into the lower realms, as well as doing evil and slaughtering, and so on. The word "doing evil" has two meanings, the lowest of which is a synonym for skinning. The upper one should be regarded as another meaning. "Because the fruit is completely perfected" means that the fruit of the application, that is, the very essence of the path of action, is completely perfected. Whoever applies but does not generate the very essence of the path of action, he only has application, but does not have the perfection of the fruit. Likewise, the other six should also be combined accordingly. Thus, here some people want to steal the property of others, and get up from the bed, take weapons, go to the house of others, listen to whether they are asleep or not, covet the property of others, and from the time they are in a place until they move away, all of this is application. At whatever moment they move away from the place where they are staying, the manifestation at that time, and the non-manifestation of that moment, is the very essence of the path of action. The transgression of taking what is not given is touched by two causes, namely application and the perfection of the fruit. From then on, the manifestation
