It is also said that it is not the fifth, and it should be said that it is not the fifth. The so-called "form, etc." is explained in detail. If there are eyes, etc. for form, etc., in order to be able to target its object, eyes, etc. are used as the cause, and it is established as form, etc. The so-called "able to take the object", etc., means able to approximate, because it is approximate to take the object. The so-called "should not say all forms", nor should it be said "not all forms", because this is not its characteristic, and because it should not be said. In the middle of the Dharma, it is the same principle that "is" and "is not" should not be said. The so-called "if taking milk or water", etc., are two metaphors. Therefore, it should be said that if milk is taken by relying on the forms that can be recognized by the eye, then it should be said that milk can be recognized by the eye. One should not say "all forms", nor should one say "not all forms", all of which should be said. Similarly, if water is taken by relying on the forms that can be recognized by the eye, then it should be said that water can be recognized by the eye. One should not say "all forms", nor should one say "not all forms", all of which should be said. The so-called "milk and water will become four" etc., means that if one speaks from "all forms" etc. all the way to "tangible objects" etc., then milk and water will become four, and milk and water will become a summary of four appearances. Sound is accidental, so it is not included here. Therefore, just as the aggregate of forms, etc. is established as milk or water, it can also be established that the aggregate of aggregates is established as a person. The so-called "are all forms the cause of taking the object of a person?" and "if all forms are taken, then a person is taken" what is the difference between these two? The former is spoken from the aspect that all forms are the cause. The latter is not the cause. So what is it? Form

are considered as causes, and that is why it is called identifying a person. In this regard, if you believe that forms are the cause and that the person should not be said to be different from those aggregates, then you would incur a broad fault like "even form." Just as you believe that forms are the cause of identifying a person and that the person should not be said to be different from them, appearances, the eye, and attention, etc., are also the cause of identifying form, and form should not be said to be different from appearances, etc. Because those are the cause of identifying it. That is, appearances, etc., are the cause of identifying form. A person will become non-different in nature from form, because it is through that same object that it becomes an object, just like form. "Only form establishes it" means that the person should be established, that is, if it becomes like that. Why? Because it is the same cause. If "this is form" appears so broadly, if the object is the same, then form and person will not be completely severed. However, if it cannot be completely severed like "this is form, this is person," then how can the two be established? Only form needs to be established, because it is the existence of the object. Similarly, it should also be stated from the intervals of the dharma. How should it be stated? If someone says that a person is identified based on sounds that can be distinguished by the ear, then what is the meaning of that statement? Is sound the cause of identifying a person? Or, if sound is identified, then a person is identified. If sound is the cause of identifying a person, and that person should not be said to be different from them, then, in that case, sound should not be said to be different from the ear and attention, etc., because those are the cause of not identifying it. However, if sound is identified, then a person is identified, then is it identified by the same object or by another object? If it is the same object, then is the nature of the person and sound not different? Or, only sound establishes it, if it becomes like that, then "this is sound, this is person."
