But it is of the nature of happiness, not of the nature of the three sufferings. Because it does not become like the nature of the three sufferings, namely the suffering of suffering, the suffering of change, and the suffering of conditioning, it is also considered to be of the nature of the three sufferings. Therefore, it is the nature of conventional wisdom. In order to explain the reason for expressing it with the word "great," it is said, "Why is this?" etc. "In order to perfectly accomplish with the great accumulation of merit and wisdom" means that it is a synonym for "in order to perfectly accomplish with the great accumulation of merit" and "in order to perfectly accomplish with the great accumulation of wisdom." Among them, the great accumulation of merit is the three perfections of generosity, discipline, and patience. The great accumulation of wisdom is the perfection of wisdom. The perfections of diligence and meditation belong to both, so they are of two kinds. Because without diligence, generosity is not generosity, discipline cannot be properly observed, and patience cannot be cultivated, diligence is consistent with the great accumulation of merit. Similarly, without diligence, wisdom will not arise, so it is consistent with the great accumulation of wisdom. Similarly, meditation is also consistent with the aspect of cultivating the four immeasurables such as love, so it is consistent with the great accumulation of merit. Meditation that is consistent with the aspect of cultivating the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, such as the mindfulness, is consistent with the great accumulation of wisdom. Thus, because it is perfectly accomplished with the great accumulation of merit and wisdom, this great compassion is great, so it is great compassion. "The nature is to realize the three sufferings" means that, like this, it also focuses on all three sufferings, but it is not like compassion that only focuses on the suffering of suffering. "The object is to focus on sentient beings in the three realms" means that, like this, it focuses on all sentient beings born in the three realms, but it is not like compassion that only focuses on the desire realm.

It is not aimed only at those who are born, but at sentient beings who desire objects of experience. Because the scriptures say so. Equality means that it applies equally to all sentient beings. The so-called application to all sentient beings equally means that all sentient beings belonging to the three realms are equally subject to the suffering of action. Therefore, it is also called great compassion. The so-called because there is nothing greater than it means that because it is the nature of wisdom, it is very sharp. Just as it is great compassion, compassion is not like that. The so-called separate means difference. The so-called because it is the nature of non-anger and non-ignorance means that, in order, compassion is because it is the nature of non-anger, and great compassion is because it is the nature of non-ignorance. This is a summary term. The so-called because it has one and three forms of suffering means that compassion is because it has one form of suffering, and great compassion is because it has three forms of suffering. For everything below, it should also correspond to the number. The so-called because it is the fourth dhyana and the fourth dhyana ground means that compassion is the fourth dhyana ground. Unobstructed and special samadhi, etc., because the first samadhi has already been included, the sixth ground is not mentioned. Great compassion is only the fourth dhyana ground, because all samadhi can be competent, so it can only be produced by it. The so-called because it is born from the lineage of sravakas, etc., and Buddhas, the word "etc." includes pratyekabuddhas and ordinary beings. The so-called because it is obtained by being free from desire from the desire realm and the peak of existence means that compassion is obtained by being free from desire from the desire realm, and great compassion is obtained by being free from desire from the peak of existence. The so-called not completely protecting and completely protecting means that compassion only arises compassion for sravakas, etc., and it is only a worry in the heart. This is a summary term, which is the fear of samsara.
