Just as the seed is the cause of growth, this first desire is also the initial cause of suffering. In order for it to be fully realized, the second desire, without an instant's interval, for the sake of the complete realization of rebirth, just like the sprouting of fruits, etc., for example, just as all fruits arise through the growth of sprouts, etc. The third desire, wishing to become like this, means that it is the cause of suffering just like that, that is, the desire for rebirth is the cause of suffering just like that. Because it has a special nature, it is thought that only fruits with a special nature will arise. Like the field of fruit, water, and fertilizer, etc. Fertilizer is dry cow dung. The word 'etc.' includes wind and sun, etc., because they also make the fruit abundant. Ability is the ability of coolness and the ability of warmth. Ripening is the dissipation of warmth and the dissipation of coolness. Power is the specialty of ability, for example, in similar fruits, the juice of Bijapura produces bile, while the juice of Emblica officinalis pacifies it. Because it is only from that that it arises, it is said that for the bondage of connecting boundaries, only that desire will produce and arise the characteristic of rebirth, just like the end of the fruit is a flower. For example, just as fruit grows abundantly from the flower at the end, here the fourth desire is the manifest cause of rebirth. The first three are indirect causes. Or, appearing extensively, that is, for the four desires of those who discriminate existence, in order, there are two sets of five and two sets of four, that is, the first desire has five aspects, and the second also has five aspects. The third has four aspects, and the fourth also has four aspects. If asked how, monks, if there is the thought 'I am' and there is self-grasping, then the thought 'I am like this' will arise, meaning that the thought 'I am like this' will arise, meaning that accompanied by this, craving will arise. The thought 'I am like this' is

It is just as it was before, and it is not otherwise, this is a concluding word. The thought that "I am not like that" is because one sees different aspects such as color, strength, and pride. The thought that "I am good" and conversely, the thought that "I am bad" will arise. These five desires for self are the first without distinction. Among them, the thought that "it will happen" refers to the nature of permanence. The thought that "it will not happen" refers to the nature of annihilation. The thought that "it will happen like this" is the same as the previous detailed explanation. Similarly, these five desires for existence are the second without distinction. Among them, the thought of wanting to "become like that" will arise, and the thoughts of wanting to "become like this," "become like that," and "not become like that" will also arise. These four desires from existence are the third without distinction. The thoughts that "what does it matter if it becomes like that," and "what does it matter if it becomes like this," "what does it matter if it becomes like that," and "what does it matter if it does not become like that" will arise. These four desires are the fourth, connecting bondage. Among them, the first is the root cause because it is the first cause of suffering, and it should be explained in detail as before. Because of separate determination, it is accomplishment, that is, definitely accomplishing and being accomplished is accomplishment. Then, how is it separately determined? Because one goes there oneself, just as it is described in detail. Those who practice viewing as permanent, happy, mine, and self, because these people view as permanent, happy, mine, and self, therefore these individuals are practitioners who view as permanent, happy, mine, and self. To counter them, the aspects of impermanence and so on are in order. Viewing as without cause, the aspect of cause is the antidote for those who practice viewing as without cause. Viewing Ishvara, Prakriti, or Time as the sole cause, to counter those who practice viewing as the sole cause

The reason is that beings are the origin, not the only one, this is the way of arising. Things are changing, and to counter those who practice the view of change, this is the first arising, not changing from a previously existing state, this is the state of extreme growth. This world is created after prior thought, and to counter those who think the world is created after prior thought, this is the way of dependent origination, that is, beings are not created by Ishvara. Then what is it? The word "dependent origination" means repetition, meaning that depending on this and that, this arises. Therefore, beings are produced by many causes and conditions, this will be proven. Understanding it like this is the tenet of the Sutra school. The aspect is the distinction of grasping the object, this is to show the way of certainty, if it is so, then wisdom will also have aspects. In the distinction of virtue and so on, the word "so on" includes non-virtue and unspecified, as well as the ground and the basis. Because it exists in the first verse, it means that this is its first verse, not the first verse of the treatise, in the treatise, the Dharma is the first to arise. The "Dharma" in the sixth verse refers to observing suffering and so on in the desire realm. It exists in the three formless realms, which means it is only included by the path of mindfulness. Similarly, the sixth verse refers to the understanding of suffering and so on, because the nature of mindfulness exists. In the form and formless realms, it is not manifested, which means that the formless realms do not observe suffering and so on in the desire realm, so it is reasonable that the Dharma is not manifested in the formless realms for the time being. If it is in the form realm, why is it not manifested? Some say that the Dharma is a complete refutation of the desire realm, if one is born in the form realm, then the Dharma's complete refutation of the desire realm will not occur, because one is separated from desire and has changed the ground, so one has completely abandoned it.
