The word "is" should be added. The word "etc." includes greatness, non-excitement, tranquility, equanimity, meditation, and liberation. These are no different in terms of virtue. What is virtue? Because it is in harmony with the many grounds of virtue. In the phrase "not unsaid," the word "is" is a conjunction in the sentence. Saying "not unsaid," which is a double negative, means "only said." What is said? It is the difference in the meaning of words. How is it said? It is said that although distraction and so on are similar and the same as afflictions, this afflicted mind is only distracted because it is associated with distraction. Because it is associated with the laziness of affliction, it is timid. Because it is associated with excitement, it is excitement. By showing the differences in faults in this way, the differences in those faults are truly shown, so only the differences in meaning are spoken. Similarly, for the virtues of gathering together and so on, this virtuous mind is gathering together. It is well-grasped. By truly showing the differences in such vast qualities, only the differences in meaning are spoken. "Because the contradiction with the Sutra has not been abandoned," this is because the Sutra says that gathering together is with dullness and sleep. Whatever is in harmony with dullness and in harmony with the sleep of affliction is gathering together, but it is not virtue, because dullness is a multi-ground of affliction. If it appears extensively in the Sutra, if according to your view in the Sutra, the Blessed One thought that timidity itself was excitement, then timidity and excitement would not be spoken of as different. How so? It is said that when the mind is timid, that is, associated with laziness, and doubts timidity, that is, doubts "this will become timid," that is doubting timidity. At that time, pliancy, samadhi, and equanimity, perfect enlightenment of

It is not the time to meditate on the limbs, such a determination will not change here, but it must be said that at that time, the limbs of perfect enlightenment such as discriminating Dharma (Tibetan: ཆོས་རབ་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་འབྱེད་པ་), diligence (Tibetan: བརྩོན་འགྲུས་), and joy (Tibetan: དགའ་བ་) are also not the time to meditate. Why? Because the sinking of the mind itself is agitation. Similarly, when the mind is agitated and doubts agitation, the determination that it is not the time to meditate on the limbs of perfect enlightenment such as discriminating Dharma (Tibetan: ཆོས་རབ་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་འབྱེད་པ་), diligence (Tibetan: བརྩོན་འགྲུས་), and joy (Tibetan: དགའ་བ་) will not change here, but it must be said that at that time, the limbs of perfect enlightenment such as pliancy (Tibetan: ཤིན་ཏུ་སྦྱངས་པ་), samadhi (Tibetan: ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་), and equanimity (Tibetan: བཏང་སྙོམས་) are also not the time to meditate. Why? Because the agitation of the mind itself is not sinking. Or, without distinction, whenever the mind sinks and doubts sinking, or is agitated and doubts agitation, it must be said that it is not the time to meditate on the limbs of perfect enlightenment such as pliancy (Tibetan: ཤིན་ཏུ་སྦྱངས་པ་), samadhi (Tibetan: ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་), equanimity (Tibetan: བཏང་སྙོམས་), discriminating Dharma (Tibetan: ཆོས་རབ་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་འབྱེད་པ་), diligence (Tibetan: བརྩོན་འགྲུས་), and joy (Tibetan: དགའ་བ་). The limb of perfect enlightenment of mindfulness (Tibetan: དྲན་པ་) is not mentioned because mindfulness is all-pervasive, so it is established even if it is not mentioned for both minds, because the sutra says: Mindfulness is all-pervasive, now I say. Also, how does the Vaibhashika school think that sinking itself is agitation? The sinking of the mind is afflicted because it is associated with laziness. The agitation of the mind is afflicted because it is associated with agitation. What? Are the limbs of enlightenment meditated on separately for this? If sometimes only pliancy and so on are meditated on, and discriminating Dharma and so on are not meditated on, or sometimes only discriminating Dharma and so on are meditated on, and pliancy and so on are not meditated on, then it is separate meditation. These are considered to be meditation on attention, not manifest transformation, for this, mind
