because they are all included in these. In short, there are two: knowledge with outflows and knowledge without outflows. This is what is called. The reason for specifically mentioning "mostly" is that worldly knowledge mostly targets objects that exist conventionally, such as vases and cloths, but sometimes it also grasps self-characteristics and general characteristics. The so-called "conventional" refers to what occurs in the conventional. Non-outflow can also be summarized as two types: Dharma knowledge and subsequent knowledge. Because knowledge of suffering, etc., are all included in these. The so-called "as appropriate" target means that whatever is targeted by something, it belongs to it. For example, the target of eye consciousness is not sound. The so-called "targeting them" means targeting suffering, etc. The so-called "these four" means that these two, Dharma knowledge and subsequent knowledge, are not the nature of viewing, but the difference of targeting suffering, etc. These four are the knowledge of exhaustion and the knowledge of non-arising. The first to arise of these two is the knowledge of exhaustion and the knowledge of non-arising. The first to arise of these two is the knowledge of suffering cause subsequent, which means that it must target suffering and accumulation. Why? Because it is mentioned that the aggregates of the peak of existence are targeted as the aspect of suffering or accumulation subsequent knowledge. In this way, the first arising knowledge of exhaustion and knowledge of non-arising must target the aggregates of the peak of existence as the aspect of suffering such as impermanence, and the aspect of accumulation arising from causes, etc. Those that are not the first to arise, It is also implied that they also target other truths. After the Vajra-like Samadhi arises the knowledge of exhaustion, and after that arises the knowledge of non-arising, so someone asks, then is the Vajra-like Samadhi also the same target as these two? The meaning of the word "also" is, just as the knowledge of exhaustion and the knowledge of non-arising are the same target, then the Vajra-like Samadhi

Then, is the samadhi of dhyana also the same in objective as those two? The so-called "those two" means the first arising ones. If the objective is suffering and its origin, then, yes. What does this mean? It means that it has the same objective as those two. However, if the objective is cessation and the path, then the objective is not the same. Because those two must have the peak of existence's aggregates as their objective. For example, when one is shot by a poisoned arrow, and the poison of death spreads throughout all limbs and one dies, it only stays at the wound, not elsewhere. Similarly, the knowledge of this yogi also only stays on the characteristic of the aggregates of the peak of existence that should be abandoned. The so-called "other-minds knowledge beyond the four" means that it is only based on the four, such as dharma-knowledge, because they are encompassed by them. It is not based on suffering-knowledge, etc., because they have other aspects. The uncontaminated other-minds knowledge is the path-knowledge, so it only has the aspect of the path. Whatever is contaminated is with desire and without desire, which means it has the aspect of the mundane. The so-called "path of faith-liberation and time-liberation" means that, like the numbers, the path obtained by seeing is not understood by the path of faith-liberation, and the path of liberation is not understood by the path of time-liberation without being combined with time. The so-called "the lower does not understand the higher" means that the path of the non-returner does not understand the path of the Arhat, the path of the Arhat does not understand the path of the Pratyekabuddha, and so on. The so-called "those two are because they have the desire realm, etc., and the opponents of the upper realms as their objective" means that the side that is in accordance with dharma-knowledge and the side that is in accordance with subsequent-knowledge. Among those two, the side that is in accordance with dharma-knowledge has the opponent of the desire realm as its objective, and the side that is in accordance with subsequent-knowledge has the opponent of the upper realms as its objective and is certain. The so-called "there is no other-minds knowledge on the path of seeing" is because the path of seeing is short in duration. For suffering, there is dharma-knowledge forbearance and dharma-knowledge.
