What does it mean to be "like the earth and a vehicle"? This refers to the occasion when the fourth point is explained last. The Blessed One is like a teacher. The Dharma is like a path. The Sangha is like a traveling companion. The morality pleasing to the noble ones is like a vehicle. Because the noble ones rejoice and are pleased, they are called pleasing to the noble ones. "Having eight branches" means that the trainee has eight branches. What are the eight? From the trainee's right view to the trainee's right concentration. The non-trainee has ten branches. What are the ten? From the non-trainee's right view to the non-trainee's right concentration, and the non-trainee's right liberation and the non-trainee's right knowledge. "Because liberation and their respective wisdoms are completely distinguished" means that liberation, that is, their respective wisdoms, is their respective wisdom. Liberation and its respective wisdom are liberation and their respective wisdom. Because they are completely distinguished, that is, liberation from afflictions, and the respective wisdom of liberation from afflictions, the concluding words that completely distinguish and completely show "I am liberated from afflictions." Only in the non-trainee is liberation mentioned, and it is reasonable to mention the wisdom of liberation, but not in the trainee. "Faith is liberation, is fabricated" means that faith and liberation are because the essence of the sound is the same. "The limbs are fabricated" means that just as right view and so on are fabricated, faith is also not unfabricated, because the faculties are not equal. The Sutra says: "Liberation is spoken of as two." This refers to the fact that because the mind is liberated from desire, it is liberated from desire; because wisdom is liberated from ignorance, it is liberated from desire, therefore there is the concluding words of mind liberation and wisdom liberation. That itself is the aggregate of liberation.

Furthermore, "to observe" means to observe here the aggregates of morality, the aggregates of samadhi, the aggregates of wisdom, the aggregates of liberation, and the aggregates of the vision of the knowledge of liberation. Others say that this refers to the Acharya. Then, the sutra says, "Oh sons of the Bodhi of the Tiger, these four are the main aspects of complete purification. Which four?" It extensively explains that complete purification of morality is the main aspect, complete purification of samadhi is the main aspect, complete purification of view is the main aspect, and complete purification of liberation is the main aspect. "Oh sons of the Bodhi of the Tiger, what is the main aspect of complete purification of liberation?" From "desire" to "intention and diligence" is extensively explained. The reason for mentioning the many words "Oh sons of the Bodhi of the Tiger" is because they are many. The so-called "main aspect of complete purification of liberation" is that the main aspect of complete purification of liberation is complete purification of liberation, and the main aspect for that purpose is diligence, therefore it is the main aspect of complete purification of liberation. Thus, here there are three questions: liberation, complete purification, and the main aspect. Regarding this, a monk whose mind is liberated from desire, free from desire, and whose mind is liberated from hatred and ignorance, free from desire, this is the explanation of liberation. In this way, making the not completely perfect aggregate of liberation completely perfect, or making the completely perfect one continue to increase, this is the explanation of the definition of the complete perfection and substantial holding of the complete purification of liberation. The detailed explanation of what intention and diligence are is the explanation of the main aspect. Because in this way one is liberated and abandons desire and so on, the sutra says that the definition of liberation is like that, and it is not said to be faith, therefore liberation is not only faith. Then what is it? Only by knowing it and abandoning desire and so on, the mind is stainless, it is the nature of being without outflows, and there is no difference from other meanings, like ghee.
