Becoming one, appearing and disappearing, experiencing through knowing and seeing, one passes through walls without bodily obstruction. On the ground, one can also sneak like a bird, just as one walks on water. In a stream, one can also walk without sinking, just as one walks on land. In the sky, one can also sit in the lotus position, just like a bird. Even the sun and moon, which are so miraculous and powerful, can be touched with the hand, completely touched, and one can freely control one's body up to the world of Brahma. This is called miraculous power. What are the feet of miraculous power? They are the samadhi of aspiration, the samadhi of diligence, the samadhi of mind, and the samadhi of investigation. These are called the feet of miraculous power. The definition of samadhi is not like that, so miraculous power is not just samadhi. Here, the assembly of scholars says that for those, fault will not arise here, because those are samadhi, the feet of miraculous power, and also miraculous power. Saying desire and so on is to know the four limbs of samadhi. Some samadhi are primary in the stage of connecting roots of virtue, and some are primary in the stage of accomplishing roots of virtue. For this, the former is the foot of miraculous power, and the latter is called miraculous power. From this, the fruit of the foot of miraculous power is declared in the name of miraculous power, so these are not contradictory to the sutras, just as the fruit of complete knowledge is called by its name. Small and large means that the faculties are small and the powers are large. What is the difference between small and large in these? Because of the reason of guarding and not guarding. Having said these, because aspects that are inconsistent with them, namely disbelief, laziness, excitement, distraction, and non-awareness, will universally arise as obstacles, so the faculties are

It is deception. The powers are not like that, so it is said again that those are powers. The activities are the initial ones, and, the factors similar to definitive liberation, this refers to these stages that have been spoken of before. To distinguish well between meditation and seeing, this refers to the fact that since there are two stages, in the seven stages, the seven groups are well distinguished and well established in order, or, mainly, in the initial stage of activity, it is the mindfulness. In the warming stage, it is the proper application of mind. In the peak stage, it is the miraculous feet. In the stage of forbearance, it is the faculties. In the peak stage of worldly dharma, it is the powers. In the stage of the path of meditation, it is the limbs of enlightenment. In the stage of the path of seeing, it is the eightfold noble path. By increasing diligence with the cause of obtaining special qualities, therefore, for those who have become warm, it is the proper application of mind. In order to enter the roots of virtue that do not regress, for the peaks, it is said: obtaining the peak, the root is not destroyed. In this way, the peaks are non-regressing, and, they are entering into the same ones, because entering with these is entering. Non-regression is at the time of forbearance, because the samadhi of that stage is the support of wealth, so the miraculous feet are established at the peaks. Also, in the manner of non-regression, it is said extensively that, because only the first two are likely to regress, for forbearance there is no regression, therefore obtaining faith and other faculties. Therefore, the faculties are established at the forbearance. Is it in order not to be overcome by afflictions, this refers to the fact that, like this, in that stage all afflictions do not arise, so they are not overcome by afflictions. In order not to be overcome by other worldly dharmas, or in order not to be overcome by other worldly dharmas, in the peak stage of worldly dharma, it is faith and other powers.

It is distinguished as "those." The reason for being close to enlightenment means being close to knowing cessation and non-arising. Knowing cessation and non-arising is on the path of cultivation, not on the path of seeing, because the path of seeing is far from them, because it is separated by the path of cultivation in between. The reason for distinguishing by going is that the path is distinguished by going in the world, saying, "It goes by this." Or the path is the path because it goes, because the world says, "This path goes to a certain place." The path of seeing is distinguished by going extremely, but the path of cultivation is not. Why? Because it is said that it goes quickly. Correspondingly, it also goes quickly, but the path of cultivation takes a long time to go because it distinguishes the ground. "Others" means scholars, because they think of "I, etc." "Only the order is not disturbed" means that the order is not arranged in the same way as the Vaibhashikas arrange the order in reverse, but the aspects that are in accordance with enlightenment are stated in order, because the limbs of enlightenment are to be established on the path of seeing. "To many objects" appears extensively, the object is the difference of form, etc., and the difference of blue, etc., which are many kinds, and distraction to them is various distractions. Because these have the nature of being distracted to many objects, they are minds that are distracted to many objects, and to cut them off, they are the four mindfulnesses. "Relying on attachment" is a synonym for relying on craving. "The conceptualizations of mindfulness" means the conceptualizations of mindfulness of experiencing objects, or the meaning of the conceptualizations of desire. "By its power" is a synonym for the power of the four mindfulnesses. "In order to accomplish the four necessities," the four necessities are abandoning the evil and unwholesome dharmas that have arisen, and not generating the evil and unwholesome dharmas that have not arisen, and likewise.
