Because it is subtle, it is difficult to fully understand, so it is subtle. Therefore, in its way, the mind पहले दिखाई देता है and in the end the Dharma दिखाई देता है. That also, called "also" is the attachment to desire. That also, called "mind" is the desire for the manifestation of feeling. That also, called "because afflictions have not been abandoned" is that which has not been pacified. Showing in order, called "body mindfulness" is to counteract the perversion of impurity. Feeling mindfulness is to counteract the perversion of pleasure, because whatever is felt, that is suffering here. Mind mindfulness is to counteract the perversion of permanence, because the mind Dharma mindfulness is to counteract the perversion of self. Dharmas are whole, through the way of distinguishing, because there is no autonomy. The word called "Dharmas" is only a limit, because it is separated from self. Or, that is to show that these Dharmas are each अलग से 存在 है, and there is no self here at all. The fourth is called "both", because Dharma mindfulness can focus on Dharmas other than body, feeling, and mind, so it can focus on things that are unmixed and unmixed, and it can also focus on mixed things. If one looks at the totality of two, three, or four of body, etc., called "if one focuses on mixed things, looking at both body and feeling, it is also Dharma mindfulness." If one looks from body to mind, that is also the same. However, if one looks at the Dharmas in body, feeling, and mind, that is also called Dharma mindfulness. Staying focused on the totality, called "body and feeling and mind and Dharmas in general." Called "becoming warm" is the root of virtue in the way of warmth. Called "because it is a harbinger" is because it is the first sign, or because it is the first nature. Called "because it is continuous" is a synonym for "because it is continuously connected." The differences of these will be explained below, called "Kosha."

English

Now, starting from the seventh position. "There are sixteen forms in substance"—this is where it begins. If it is also the same as that, then why is it shown? Because it is the most excellent, therefore another name is given. And why is it called "peak"? Because it is the peak of the movement of the root of virtue. This word "peak" indicates the extreme. Just as in the world, it is said, "This person has reached the peak of glory." The roots of virtue that are the characteristics of warmth and peak are both wavering, because there is a possibility of complete decline. The characteristics of patience and the supreme worldly dharma are unwavering, because they are the opposite. Among those that waver, the smaller one is warmth. The larger ones are the peaks. Among those that do not waver, the smaller one is patience. The larger one is the supreme worldly dharma. Because one can fall or transcend from those, it is said that falling from the peaks is complete decline. Transcendence is the manifestation of patience, because the peaks are wavering. Just as in the world, one falls or transcends from the peak of a tree, seeing progress upwards, so it is in accordance with the nature of the peak. Establishing various aspects on the truths from the very beginning means that first, establishing various aspects such as impermanence on the truths means causing the objects of those to enter. Others also, meaning those who are not the mindfulness of dharma. To increase is to become accustomed and proficient. When fully increasing, the vast arising is the yogi who fully increases, making manifest those who have become special through increase. Those previously attained, meaning those who are not special, do not manifest. Why? Because there is no great joy, because inferiority itself has no joy. Because of greater patience with the truth, it is warm.
