Because of the transformation. What is the antidote to the happiness that arises from meditation? Because there is no suffering in meditation. The word "etc." means that if the thought of happiness arises as an antidote to suffering, then, if a great name feels pain in one body, then there is no happiness, nor is there anything related to happiness, such statements etc. would not appear, these should also be said. As long as the state of the body is such, it is in accordance with the arising of happiness. Only happiness will arise, that is, only the feeling of happiness will arise, and it is not that the feeling of suffering is regarded as happiness. It is not like that, as long as the state of the body has not changed, only the happiness arising from other states will not arise, if it is not like that, then later the thought of happiness will increase more and more. If it is explained in detail from the beginning, how is it? If there is no such creation from the beginning, then how can food and drink etc. become the cause of suffering in the end? To this, it is said that it is due to the difference of the complete transformation of the body. For thirst etc., because of drinking alcohol, in the state of producing happiness, suffering will not arise, in the end it will arise, like this the difference of the complete transformation of the body will arise later. What is it like? It is said that it is like wine etc. sweet turning sour in the end. For example, wine and milk etc., were previously in a sweet state, but in the end there is no sweetness, it is sour, and sourness will arise, like this the difference of complete transformation, like it will arise later. Or, for example, wine etc., due to the difference of complete transformation, at first it will only become sweet, or from sour to sweet, due to the effect of medicine, due to the difference of transformation it becomes sweet, only due to the difference of complete transformation, later it becomes sour again, like this. Here, sweetness is an example of happiness. Sourness is suffering.
