It should be combined in the same way. The statement that "the truths are taught in accordance with realization" is to show that otherwise, the truths of suffering and its origin, as cause and effect, which were taught earlier and later, would become the fault of being taught later and earlier. The phrase "attachment to what" refers to the truth of suffering. The phrase "what harms" refers to that itself. The phrase "liberation from what" refers to liberation from that very truth of suffering, that is, to that itself, first, at the stage of combination. The phrase "where" is mentioned as being at the stage of discrimination. At the stage of complete realization, that is, at the stage that corresponds to the decisive part, that is the meaning. From the appearance of seeing the disease onwards, the disease is an example of the truth of suffering. Its basis is the truth of origin. Its cessation is the truth of cessation. Its medicine is an example of the truth of the path. The statement that "this example of the truths is also taught in the sutras" refers to the sutras such as the Inner Sutra. As it is said: "A doctor who has four limbs, who extracts the poisonous arrow, is the duty of the king, and it also falls on the king's hair, and it is also counted as a part of the king's limbs." What are the four? He is skilled in disease, he is skilled in the basis of disease, he is skilled in abandoning disease, he is skilled in not recurring after abandoning disease. Similarly, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, who has four limbs, is also called the unsurpassed doctor who extracts the poisonous arrow. What are the four? Monks, here, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, truly knows, as it is, that "this is suffering, the noble truth"; "this is the origin of suffering"; "this is the cessation of suffering"; "this is the path that leads to the cessation of suffering, the noble truth." The phrase "because of the previous throwing" refers to the force of the previous. The phrase "like a horse that is shown, the reins run unhindered" refers to how the horse is shown.

It is like the land appearing and flowing without changing. Some recite it as being like weaving without hindrance. Regarding "there are also differences in things," the word "also" shows it from the aspect of names. The so-called "because there is no reversal" means that for the noble ones and others, there is no reversal, only suffering and so on, and not others. The noble ones see these truths as they are, and for the truth of suffering, they also see it as suffering, impermanence, emptiness, and selflessness. Similarly, for the truth of the path, they also see it as the path, reason, accomplishment, and liberation, but others who are not noble ones do not see it that way, so these are called the truths of the noble ones, and not the truths of the non-noble ones. Why? Because they see it in a reversed way. They see the truth of suffering as having the aspect of happiness and so on, and for the origin, they see it as not being the origin and so on, for cessation, they see it as not being cessation and so on, and for the path, they see it as not being the path and so on. The so-called "that is the suffering of others" means that because the truth of cessation does not arise again, it is like a cliff, causing fear to children. The so-called "the noble ones know suffering" refers to the five aggregates of grasping. The so-called "two are the truths of the noble ones" refers to the truths of suffering and origin, because they see them without reversal. Two are also noble, because they are virtuous and without outflows. They are also the truths of the noble ones, because they see them without reversal. Thus, in order to show that only one remains, it will become "the truths of the noble ones." The so-called "when one aspect of feeling is the nature of suffering" refers to one aspect of the aggregate of feeling being the nature of suffering and unpleasantness. The so-called "all that is appropriate is suffering," to this,

The point of reason is that all that is pleasing is suffering due to change, and suffering due to conditioned existence. What is not pleasing is suffering of suffering itself, and suffering due to conditioned existence. Other than these are only suffering due to conditioned existence. This is what it means. Because it is pleasing, it is pleasing. What is other than these means other than what is pleasing and not pleasing. The three feelings in order mean that pleasant feeling is what is pleasing. Suffering is what is not pleasing. What is neither pleasant nor painful is neither pleasing nor unpleasing, which is a summary statement. Because of its power, it means because of the power of feeling, even those that are not the nature of feeling such as form and sound, because they are in accordance with it, obtain names such as pleasing. Suffering due to change means changing due to impermanence. As it is said: Alas, various chariots and gardens! Alas, lakes and slowly flowing rivers! Alas, lovely consciousness deities! Falling to the ground while uttering laments! It is like this. The nature of suffering alone means the summary statement of the nature of harm alone. The feeling of suffering is suffering at birth and suffering while existing, which implies, isn't this transformed into happiness due to change? If so, the definition would be confused. If asked like this, this is not its definition. What is it then? It is only shown approximately for the sake of refutation. Or it is indeed so, that is, in relation to the very nature that refutes in what way, it is only suffering, for example, the feeling of happiness, at birth and existence, because it is happiness, it is indeed happiness, but in order to refute, because it is considered to be refuted. Suffering because of the suffering of change, it is similar to refuting in this way. Suffering only because of conditioned existence means only because of conditioned existence, birth
