And the eight kinds of omniscience, including the omniscience of the formless realm, are the fruits of dhyana, which is the doctrine of the Venerable Dbyangs Sgrog. The omniscience that abandons the final part and is similar is only the fruit of unobstructed liberation, which means that those who have not separated from desire in the desire realm can only abandon the final part and similarity through unobstructed liberation, but not through the actual practice, because it has not yet been obtained. Prior to being free from desire, when one relies on dhyana to enter into certainty, even in the state of an ordinary being, one has abandoned all the afflictions that are practiced in the desire realm through the worldly path, so it is not the fruit of the actual practice of dhyana. For the sixteen moments of the mind, although it can be established that the omniscience that abandons the final part and is similar is based on the actual practice of dhyana, it is not established as its fruit. What is it then? Because at that time, one also obtains the separation obtained by the worldly path that abandons the final part and is similar, and one also obtains the uncontaminated, so it is established as the abandoned omniscience. At that time, because the first thing to be abandoned by seeing has been abandoned, what is the abandonment of what was previously abandoned by the path of seeing, and the abandonment of the final part and similarity that was previously abandoned, are combined and established as one kind of omniscience that abandons the final part and similarity, because there is a reason to combine everything: to be free from desire from the realm, and to combine those in order to obtain the fruit. Therefore, the omniscience that abandons the final part and is similar is only established as the fruit of unobstructed liberation, and not as the fruit of the actual practice, to which the Sarvastivadins and the doctrine of the Venerable Dbyangs Sgrog agree. Special dhyana should also be regarded as dhyana, which means that the uncontaminated of special dhyana can also abandon afflictions, so only the fruits of unobstructed liberation and actual dhyana are explained, but not special dhyana. Therefore, it is said that special dhyana should also be regarded as dhyana.

Yes. The excellent meditative concentration refers to the fact that only the first meditative concentration is distinguished and transcendent because it is free from conceptualization. The so-called "proximity of the sphere of infinite space" means that although it is worldly, only the noble ones can fully know its fruit, because there exists the attainment of detachment, which is without outflows. The so-called "of the three actualities of the formless," refers to being without outflows. The so-called "the fruit of the worldly path is two," refers to when the noble one uses the worldly path to separate from desire from the desire realm. The so-called "the fruit of subsequent knowledge is also two of complete knowledge," refers to being included by the path of meditation. Ultimately, it is the exhaustion of desire for form, and the complete knowledge of the complete severing of all bonds. The so-called "knowledge of Dharma is three," refers to being included by the path of meditation. Because there is the saying, "On the path of meditation, cessation or knowledge of Dharma is the antidote to the three realms." Its fruit is the last three, the abandonment corresponding to the last part, the exhaustion of desire for form, and the complete knowledge of the complete severing of all bonds. Why? Because it has been said that it is the antidote to be abandoned by the meditation of the three realms. The so-called "those of the same category, six and five," refers to those of the same category as knowledge of Dharma and subsequent knowledge, which are six and five as appropriate. Saying "same category" is to include forbearance and wisdom. The so-called "what are the fruits of Dharma's forbearance and wisdom, etc.," refers to Dharma's forbearance, etc. Here the words are omitted, that is, the fruit of Dharma's knowledge of forbearance, etc., is not. Practicing in the desire realm, there are three kinds of complete knowledge by the nature of abandoning what is to be abandoned by the path of seeing, as mentioned before. Among the knowledge of Dharma, etc., those included by the knowledge of suffering and origin on the path of meditation are one kind of knowledge of abandonment corresponding to the last part. Those included by the knowledge of cessation and path are the abandonment corresponding to the last part, as well as the exhaustion of desire for form, and all bonds.
