The meaning of "not in others" is that the commentary and the words of the sutra should be combined as one. The meaning of "the obscurations" is a synonym for the obscurations of meditative absorption and samadhi. The meaning of "because of incompatibility and sameness of food and activity" is a synonym for incompatibility and those who have sameness of food and activity, although the essence has no cause, the essence is mainly shown. Or, because of incompatibility and sameness of food and activity, it is said to be because of incompatibility and sameness of food and activity. The meaning of "incompatibility and antidote, etc." is that here, in accordance with the verse, incompatibility is considered to be the antidote, because the side that is contrary to afflictions is incompatible. In the Dharma Abhidhamma, it is said that the black side is incompatible, while the white side is the antidote. The meaning of "unable to bear the heat of food" is the state in which the body becomes stiff from eating too much inappropriately. The meaning of "non-food" is the antidote. What harm do dullness and sleep do to the heap of wisdom? It should be combined with the context to say "it will cause harm." "For this discrimination" appears in detail, referring to the order in which the heaps of morality, concentration, and wisdom are established, and in the same order, those obscurations that are incompatible with them, such as desire, malice, excitement and regret, dullness and sleep, and doubt, will be removed, because the heap of wisdom appears earlier than the heap of concentration, so if it is said that there are five kinds of obscurations of excitement and regret, that is also possible, so I think this cannot be used as a reason. Thinking, "What reason is there here?", I said, therefore, according to the number, these two obscurations of dullness and sleep, and excitement and regret, will harm the heaps of concentration and wisdom. How do they harm? The answer is that striving for concentration is threatened by dullness and sleep, because their essence is similar. Striving to diligently discriminate the Dharma is also the same. Doubt

Even standing on that, it creates obstacles when truly knowing the Dharma. Others recite this word as: dullness, sleep, agitation, regret, doubt, and also explain it as: dullness and sleep are obstacles to tranquility, agitation and regret are obstacles to insight. Doubt is an obstacle to truly knowing the Dharma when standing, so it is said that agitation and regret are terrible. Others say it is said elsewhere, these are what the former teachers said. Because it becomes the cause of begging, it is because of wandering for alms. In order to grasp the characteristics, it is in order to grasp the form of a woman or the sound of a woman. Abiding, truly establishing internally, standing or sitting or walking or proceeding before that, grasping the characteristics of pleasant and unpleasant objects in advance, or pleasant and unpleasant objects proceeding in advance. In order, dullness and sleep, agitation and regret, doubt are obstacles to tranquility and insight, that is to say, dullness and sleep are obstacles to tranquility, dullness and sleep are because they abide in the nature of being close. Agitation and regret and doubt are obstacles to insight. Agitation and regret made a nature like a single classification, doubt, together also made a classification, agitation and regret and doubt are agitation and regret and doubt. Unequal realms, pervading wandering, wrong views, etc., suffering and origin are what is abandoned by the path of seeing, with two different natures, when one focuses on the form realm and the formless realm, by the path that accords with following the knowledge of suffering and origin, one completely knows the object, at that time, because one has already abandoned the knowledge of suffering and the knowledge of origin by knowing the Dharma, one will not abandon it again, because they are practicing in the desire realm, so they must be destroyed by knowing the Dharma. Cessation and path are what is abandoned by the path of seeing.
