It has a different meaning. If it is said that "your school of thought is existent and arises," then our school of thought also arises from existence, because the Vaibhashika school believes that the future exists, and the Sautrantika school also believes that there are seeds of dharma that produce effects. Therefore, how can it be said that whatever arises after previously encountering something, does not exist at all before arising? On the other hand, if only existent things arise, then there would be no need to rely on clay and sticks, etc., because the pot would already be perfectly existent. Others say, "There is no end, even if it did not exist before, it is okay." If it is thought that it is not okay to have no end, so it is unborn, then just as the non-existent arises, encountering the non-existent is also the same. Because this very statement exists, it should be said as before that our school of thought is established. In order to show that the statement that "two actions of one agent are sequential in time" is also wrong, it is explained in detail that "there is also such a case with simultaneous existence." Because the reason for actions being simultaneous in time can be seen. For example, in the statement "a candle appears, darkness disappears," the darkness is not that it did not encounter the candle before, and then disappeared and was destroyed. So what is it? The moment darkness encounters the candle, it disappears. If it is thought that this happens immediately, not simultaneously, that is why the statement "sleeping with an open mouth" is made. Here, it is not that one opens one's mouth and widens one's eyes, and then sleeps. So what is it? Whoever sleeps with an open mouth is called sleeping with an open mouth. If one wants to say that this is opening one's mouth first and then sleeping, therefore, if one closes one's mouth later, why not? If someone opens their mouth and then immediately closes their mouth and sleeps, then it would be said that they are sleeping with an open mouth. But in reality, it is not said that way. Therefore, it should be known that whoever sleeps with an open mouth is called sleeping with an open mouth. Others say that this refers to the venerable Palden. Dependent origination is

The so-called "meaning of repetition" refers to: wanting to universally cover all the bases expressed by various words of action and merit, this is repetition. And "interdependent" refers to showing these. The so-called "going and decaying," that is, the synonym of "not staying." The so-called "Sam," translated in a similar sense, refers to showing the meaning of gathering. The so-called "Uda," the "Vada" above refers to the "meaning of arising," which is to translate the source of the sound. The so-called "that and that collection" refers to showing that "interdependent" is the meaning of repetition. The so-called "laws that can go and decay by nature gather and arise" is "interdependent arising." Form and so on must arise together, so it is impossible for a single dharma to arise alone. For example, (scripture): If you want the eight dust particles without enemies. (Tibetan) Up to (Tibetan): Mind and mind must be born together. (Tibetan) In between, because it is certain. This discrimination, that is, the widely arising is "interdependent is the meaning of repetition," such discriminations are only applicable to this sutra of "interdependent arising," and for the sentence "relying on the eye and form, etc., the consciousness of the eye arises," how can it be applied? Because it is actually impossible, it is impossible to simplify words such as "relying on the eye, relying on the eye." It should be understood that its meaning is "relying on the eye and form, etc., after meeting, the consciousness of the eye arises." Therefore, all the accusations that are widely declared that "the meaning of this word is unreasonable" still exist as they are. If you ask: Why? Because the two actions of one author are the previous cause, just like "taking a bath and then eating," then the eye consciousness that was born after meeting the eye and form, etc., before it was born, there was nothing. And there is no action without an author. These are two ways of saying to determine the meaning to be grasped. If you just say "if this exists," then it is not just because there is ignorance that actions arise. It should be understood that there must be other existences.
