In order to make the tamed people feel bored, monks, the arising of name and form is the arising of old age and death. It is the same up to feeling, so the four limbs are said to be the sound of old age and death. The so-called "momentary" is produced from the moment, or because this has a moment arising, so it is momentary. Constant love or behavior is constant, which is a synonym for having constancy. The related one is also the same, meaning having a cause and effect relationship. Temporary means the synonym for the temporary state of the twelve links of dependent origination and the five aggregates. Arising together with consciousness is a vast arising. Here, name refers to the three aggregates such as feeling. Form refers to manifest form and non-manifest form, etc. The so-called faculties that rely on name and form refer to the faculties that arise relying on it, or because they rely on name and form to make consciousness exist. The gathering of the six sense bases is contact, the so-called gathering refers to the eyes, etc., each entering their respective objects, therefore, it should be understood that in any case, whatever is possible to gather, that is contact. Similar to this, having corresponding pervasive entanglement is grasping, the so-called having corresponding pervasive entanglement of shamelessness and lack of shame, etc., that is grasping. The so-called pervasive arousal from this refers to pervasive arousal from craving. Some say it is pervasive arousal from feeling. The so-called birth refers to arising. The so-called complete ripening is old age, which means the power of the fruit's ripening declines, or relative to the previous moment. The so-called destruction is death, which means destruction in that moment. Others say that what faces destruction is the manifestation of destruction. The so-called momentary and related, as it appears in the explanation treatises, if asked what is dependent origination? The answer is: all conditioned phenomena. Because all conditioned phenomena have the nature of destruction in each moment. Dependent origination

Arising is momentary, and both moments that become cause and effect are related, so they are related. The three times are connected without interruption. This refers to the state of the five aggregates in the twelve links, because of the connection of the past, future, and present arising, so it is the state of dependent arising. Mentioning "without interruption" is to make the three parts fully established. That itself is also continuous, referring to that state itself having continuity, so it is continuous, because of many moments, or because of many lifetimes. Having intention means having intention because it arises from intention, because it is said that way considering the object to be tamed, that is its meaning. Having characteristics means mainly having characteristics, because in various explanations, all conditioned phenomena are mentioned, so dependent arising is shown as sentient beings and also said not to be sentient beings, because all conditioned phenomena have the nature of cause. In order to dispel the ignorance of the object to be tamed, the dependent arising that is only shown as sentient beings is explained as twelve branches, therefore, to dispel the ignorance of the past, future, and middle. It is said like that. Therefore, it is three parts, and a part is each part. What have I become, referring to human or non-human. How did I become, referring to in what way, that is, in what reason. Will it arise in the future, in detail, will it arise in the future? Or will it not arise? What will it become? How will it become? That is what is thought. What is this, referring to searching for the substance of my self. How is this, referring to in what way, that is, in what reason. Because one cannot definitely grasp the substance of my self, so what is it that exists, what is it that I exist now? What is changing? Thus, one cannot definitely grasp it. In the sutra, it is in order.

Ignorance and formations are to dispel ignorance about the prior extreme. Birth and old age and death are to dispel ignorance about the posterior extreme. Consciousness up to existence is to dispel ignorance in between. Thus, it is said in the sutra itself, which means that the sutra also explains it in the same way, and the sutra explains it to establish its own explanation as the doctrine. That is, 'Did I exist in the past?' Thus, one will not follow the prior extreme, which is explained extensively. It means, 'Did I exist in the past?' Thus, one will not excessively run towards the prior extreme, but only by truly seeing dependent origination as it is, one will not doubt the past. The word 'extensively' means, 'Will I arise in the future?' Thus, one will not follow the future extreme, which is explained extensively. Similarly, 'What is this?' Thus, one will not run from the middle extreme, which is a summary of the extensive explanation. Attachment, grasping, and existence, etc., mean that attachment and grasping, and all existence, are to dispel ignorance about the posterior extreme, not like the above-mentioned consciousness up to existence, not to dispel ignorance in between. What is the reason for this? Because it is said that these are only the cause of that. Just as these are only the cause of the posterior extreme. Because they are the basis of karma and afflictions, it means that consciousness, etc., are the basis, the basis of karma and afflictions. Similarly, 'is the result' means that the seven limbs themselves are the result, the limbs of consciousness, name, form, the six sense sources, contact, and feeling are the result of ignorance and formations. Birth and old age and death are the result of attachment, grasping, and existence. The five are those that have become causes, which refers to ignorance, formations, attachment, grasping, and existence. Karma and afflictions
