arise, and so it is with the non-learner (Sanskrit, Arhat, अरिहन्त, arihanta, Arhat). What is called "afflicted by the samadhi of afflictions" refers to the yogi being afflicted by the samadhi of afflictions, that is, if one thinks of the virtue of the lower ground, then the afflictions of the upper ground will not arise, so taking the virtue of the lower ground as the object, a virtuous mind will also arise from the obscured and unspecified state. The so-called "all minds of the form realm and the formless realm" is because both virtuous minds and unspecified minds can die. The so-called "from these four" means that only the four of its own ground arise from the non-virtuous mind, because the non-virtuous mind cannot be the practice of the virtue of the upper ground, and without abandoning it, the mind of birth in the upper ground will not arise. The so-called "the subsequent to the mind of transformation is virtue" refers to the time of emerging from the transformation. The so-called "only eleven minds arise after that" refers to the fact that eleven minds may arise at the time of the intermediate state, samadhi, emerging from samadhi, and entering transformation. How does it arise? That is, the three of its own ground and the minds included in the desire realm. The mind of emerging from samadhi is virtuous, the mind of the intermediate state is two afflicted minds, the uncovers and unspecified is the mind of transformation, the mind included in the formless realm is obscured and unspecified in the intermediate state, and the mind of entering samadhi is virtuous, learner, and non-learner. The uncovers and unspecified mind included in the formless realm will definitely not arise, because it is not an afflicted mind, and it is not suitable for entering samadhi, etc. Just like the mind of transformation included in the form realm and the desire realm, it is also not obtainable through practice. The so-called "except for the two afflicted minds included in the desire realm and the uncovers and unspecified mind included in the formless realm" means that the virtuous mind included in the form realm will not arise from the two afflicted minds included in the desire realm, because these two afflicted minds are not suitable to be its practice. Precisely for this reason, and because the virtuous mind does not have an intermediate state, it is not included in the formless realm.

It will not arise even from that which is obscured and not predicted. The statement "except for the two afflicted ones in the desire realm, and the learners and non-learners" means that the obscured and unpredicted in the form realm does not arise even for the two afflicted ones in the desire realm, because without abandoning those, there is no rebirth in the form realm, so there is no possibility of an obscured and unpredicted mind. It is also not from the learners and non-learners, because there it is impossible to have things accompanied by afflicted ones. The term "in the desire realm" should be combined with the term "three," referring to the time of rebirth, the two afflicted ones, and the virtue when afflicted by the samadhi of the afflicted ones. The statement "the afflicted ones in the desire realm and the afflicted ones in the formless realm" refers to the time of rebirth. The statement "the afflicted ones of the lower realms" refers to the time of rebirth. The statement "from the virtuous mind in the formless realm, nine minds arise" refers to one's own three, and when arising from its samadhi, and at the time of entering samadhi unconventionally, the virtue in the form realm, and at the time of rebirth, the afflicted ones of the lower realms, and the learners and non-learners. The statement "except for the virtue in the desire realm and the unobscured and unpredicted in the desire and form realms" means that the virtue in the desire realm cannot arise from its samadhi because it takes too long. Similarly, it is not from the unclear latter, which is obscured and unpredicted. Similarly, it does not arise from the unobscured and unpredicted in the form realm. Because of the rebirth or non-existence of these things, these things do not arise from there. The term "those six" should be combined with the term "immediately following." The term "virtue in the form realm" refers to the time of entering samadhi. The term "from the learners and non-learners" refers to the time of arising from samadhi. The term "virtue in the form realm" refers to the time of being afflicted by the samadhi of the afflicted ones. The term "obscured"
