Those which are the first co-doers will lose the power of that Lord, because they act by their own power to produce results. Since the Lord is the master of those who are not the first co-doers, the term "first" is mentioned. The initial arising comes from the cause of the Lord. If so, then the manifest human agency will not be denied either. Even if no other agent than the causes is seen, it is harmless to say that the Lord is the cause of beings. This is because it does not depend on other causes. The initial arising also does not depend on other causes, therefore, the Lord is the only cause, there is no other, and if, like the Lord, it becomes beginningless, that is not desired. Therefore, the Lord is not the cause. Similarly, it should be stated appropriately for the chief. The chief is without mind. Therefore, apart from classifying desires for it, the way of negating the remainder should be stated. If the chief were the only cause, then all beings would arise simultaneously. But the first ones also appear to arise gradually. However, if it depends on other causes, then the chief alone is not the cause. Since they also depend on the differences of other causes for gradual arising, it will lead to endlessness. Furthermore, by completely accepting the sole cause of beings, the manifest human agency of other things will be denied. Thinking of the chief with causes as also the cause is merely speaking respectfully, because no other agent than the causes is seen. That chief will also not be the chief for the first co-doing causes. However, if the initial arising comes from the cause of the chief, then the very nature of the initial arising, such as the great being, etc., since the initial is not seen, will become beginningless like the chief. The chief is permanent, and the cause of the great being is also the chief, therefore, it is also not established to say that the chief is first and the great being is later. The chief produces

Because it is a dharma with qualities, it must also be made to exist constantly because it does not depend on other causes. Appearance is not to make it clear and then not make it clear again, because the essence does not depend on what has been done. Those who have not trained their minds are euphemistically referred to as those who have not trained their minds with treatises on ultimate truth. The so-called "there are two ways in which its cause arises" means that the elements that arose earlier are the cause of the later elements that have an equal share. Those that do not enter differently are the causes that arise simultaneously. The so-called "in order to be in harmony with arising" means that what has been transformed from arising is in harmony with the arising of the elements, because if they are transformed, it will also be transformed. The so-called "like relying on a teacher, etc." is like a monk relying on a teacher. The word "etc." also refers to relying on the Khenpo. Similarly, what has been transformed from arising also depends on the elements. Thus, for the elements that arise extensively, showing that those elements are the cause of arising is because the transformation that arises from those elements arises. As the cause of transformation, it is because it is in harmony with what follows. As the cause of dependence, it is because it has become the basis. As the cause of existence, it is because it is the cause of continuous existence. As the cause of growth, it is because it is the cause of making it grow. The so-called "because it enters without distinction" is a euphemism for saying that because it abides in things that do not hinder, it is also the cause of other things. The actions of body and speech follow the mind mutually, and the actions of the body follow the mind, which are encompassed by meditation and undefiled discipline, and are divided into three types by abandoning killing, taking what is not given, and abandoning sexual misconduct. The actions of speech are also encompassed by meditation and undefiled discipline, and are divided into four types only by abandoning lying, divisive speech, harsh speech, and idle chatter. These seven actions of body and speech are the causes that arise simultaneously with each other.
