It is said that it acts on cessation because we hold on to it. If the objective condition is established as the meaning of holding, then the past and future minds and mental factors are also not holding the meaning of what is to be taken. The so-called "this action is this itself" refers to the action of the lord condition, which is the one that exists as an unobscured object in all circumstances. Because it is easy to understand, it is thought that the determination of the time of action of the lord condition has not been briefly explained. The so-called "there are two kinds of cause" is because the co-existent cause, the pervasive cause, and the ripening cause are impossible. The so-called "virtuous dharmas of the same ground" refers to the fact that these two attainments arise by the power of which, that is, the equal share cause condition of the cessation attainment, which is the virtuous dharmas of the peak of existence. The non-conceptual attainment is the grounds of the fourth dhyana. The so-called "the immediately preceding condition is the mind of attainment together with the co-existent" is because all the moments of the cessation attainment are not interrupted by other minds. The so-called "as before" refers to all dharmas except for one's own nature. The so-called "because it arises from the manifestation of the mind" means that it arises from the effort of the mind, which is a synonym. The so-called "because it hinders the arising of the mind, it is not an immediately preceding condition" is because the immediately preceding condition is the cause of the arising of the mind. In "others arise from the two," the word "indeed" is for determining and connecting in another order, that is, other dharmas other than mind and mental factors and attainment arise only from the two causes of cause and lord condition. The words "Isvara, Purusha, and Pradhana, etc." include time, nature, and atoms, etc. The summary of the meaning of the word "by that" is, if the single cause Isvara or Purusha does not exist, then what reason is there for this tenet? Looking for reasons.

If this is done, it is argued with reasons other than power, because it can be established in this way, so it will be admitted. Because of admitting this, it is said that the only cause of all beings is the independent deity or the self, which is refuted, meaning completely abandoned. The independent deity and others are not due to sequence, etc. It means that things are not born from the independent deity and others. Why? Because of sequence, etc., the word "etc." includes places and times, etc. Or it includes the fault of encountering many causes, and those who deny other actions of the self. If the independent deity or something else is the only cause, then in detail, if the great deity, the god of wealth, or the self, etc., is the only cause, then because there is a cause, all beings will arise simultaneously, because if there is a cause, the result will not fail to arise, which is not desired. Turmeric and other things, and sprouts and other things, also appear to arise sequentially. Therefore, it should be known that it is manifested and accomplished through its own causal continuum, and not the cause of the independent deity and others. The sect that claims that beings are the only cause of the independent deity and others, because of the difference in the nature of the dharma of its own causes arising sequentially, etc., appears to be flawed. That is due to the will of the independent deity, meaning that the difference in sequence is due to the will of the independent deity. How? It is said from "Let this arise now" to "Let this arise later." The thought of those who say that the cause lies in the independent deity is that things will also arise sequentially in this way, and are also the cause of the independent deity. Then, because the wills are different, in detail, because the wills of the independent deity are also different, and it is also admitted to be the only cause, it contradicts the previous view, and will lead to the nature of the dharma of the sect being contrary to its own nature. Twenty-first chapter. Different wills and this
