In order to show the meaning of "knowing," the "viewing of the past time" is extensively discussed. In order to show the meaning of "inferring present actions," it is extensively discussed that "future present actions are also like this." The meaning of "not knowing the later end" is that it is thought that this would impair his omniscience. To become a symbol of the fruit is to become a sign of the fruit. To say "it is not manifest" means that it is not seen manifestly. Because there is no before and after, it is in a state of confusion, therefore it is said that the future is not considered as the immediately following cause. Why is this extensively explained after the end of the supreme Dharma? To this, the Vaibhashikas, in order to answer, extensively explain "what depends on what to arise," that is, for suffering, what Dharma of the forbearance of knowing the Dharma depends on what supreme Dharma of the world to arise, that is what arises immediately after it. For example, even without the immediately following cause, it is like sprouts etc. from seeds etc., the sprout depends on the seed to arise, therefore it arises immediately after it, and the trunk etc. are also the same as the sprout etc. To say "even without the immediately following cause, also" means, even without the immediately following cause, also. The word "also" is thought to mean that if there is an immediately following cause, it will be even easier to arise. Therefore, the meaning of the words is that even if it does not exist in order, it will certainly arise immediately after that. Why are the last mind and mental factors etc. of the Arhat, this question arises because it is said that it is not the last. Because it is not related to other minds, it is said that because it is not related to other minds immediately after. Consciousness is distinguished by the object of support, for example, the arisen eye exists as the object of support of eye consciousness, if other causes are not complete, eye consciousness will not arise, but the eye does not hinder it, similarly, the last mind of the Arhat also

Because it is situated in the reality of a condition, consciousness simply does not arise due to the incompleteness of other causes, but that is not because of that. That is not distinguished by the agent, but the word is that it is not distinguished by the agent of the producer. If that were distinguished by the producer, then if that were only to produce a result, it would become mind, but it is not so, therefore, even if that is not produced, it is only mind. The immediately preceding condition of similarity is distinguished by the agent, and if it is only something to be produced, then that which is similar is the immediately preceding condition, and if it is not, then it is not. What dharma does it take as a result? That immediately preceding condition of similarity, what dharma does it take as the result that this is to be produced? That is, how can all dharmas that do not possess wisdom, or all beings who intentionally think and act, not arise? It is not possible to deny that it should not arise. Which dharmas are the immediately preceding similarities of the mind? The detailed explanation is that what is produced by the immediately preceding condition of similarity of the mind is the immediately preceding similarity of the mind. Those are both similar to the mind and immediately preceding, so they are the immediately preceding similarities of the mind. In another way, these have the immediately preceding condition of similarity, and have the immediately preceding similarity of the mind, so they are the immediately preceding similarities of the mind. The immediately preceding similarities of the mind are those that are not interrupted by other moments. Those immediately preceding similarities of the mind are also the two samapattis that are in accordance with the mind and mental factors, namely the samapattis of non-perception and cessation. Because non-perception arises from the power of karma, it does not appear in the treatises as being the immediately preceding similarity of the mind. The first side is called a detailed explanation, and the mind that arises from samapatti is produced by the mind that enters into samapatti, therefore it is the immediately preceding similarity of the mind, but because it is interrupted by the moment of samapatti, it is not the immediately preceding of the mind.

The second moment of entering (meditation), etc., is a term for "those other than the first moment." Because it is produced by that cause, it is the immediately preceding condition of mind, but because it is interrupted by the first moment, etc., in any way, it is not the co-emergent condition of mind. The second category is the arising of the first moment of entering samadhi, etc., because it is not interrupted by other moments, it is the co-emergent condition of mind, but because it is not the nature of the immediately preceding condition of mind, it is not the immediately preceding condition of mind, because the immediately preceding condition of mind is considered to be only mind and mental factors, and the two samadhis. The arising of states associated with mind, etc., because they are not distinguished, are the arising of all minds and mental factors, etc. The mention of the word "etc." is only to include all things that are not complete except for the two samadhis, and they are also the co-emergent condition of mind in the same way, but not the immediately preceding condition of mind, and should be explained as before. The so-called "states associated with mind" refer to when mind arises immediately after mind, the subsequent mind and mental factors are both the immediately preceding condition of mind and not the co-emergent condition of mind for the previous mind. The fourth category is the arising of mind, etc., associated with the second moment of entering samadhi, etc., because it is not the nature of the immediately preceding condition of mind, it is not the immediately preceding condition of mind, and because it is interrupted by the first moment of entering samadhi, etc., it is not the co-emergent condition of mind. What are the third and fourth categories, those are the first and second categories, this is the extensive explanation. The first category is the first moment of entering samadhi, and the states associated with mind, because they are produced by the immediately preceding condition, they are the immediately preceding condition of mind, but not the co-emergent condition of entering samadhi, because it is the entering of samadhi
