Good itself, and good with outflows itself. The characteristic of the result is also different, namely, unobscured and unspecified. Therefore, the so-called "increasingly arising, abiding by time," means abiding from time. The co-equal cause is the past time and the present time, but not the future time. The ripening cause abides from the characteristic, that is, the abiding of the characteristic. In all three times, the characteristic is as previously stated, so the ripening cause does not negate the future time. Here, this should be examined: In the future, similar dharmas exist in a mixed manner, so this is the cause, and this is the co-natured result of this. It cannot be completely determined. Therefore, shouldn't the future co-equal cause be established? Or, if a certain dharma is the co-equal cause of a certain dharma, then that dharma, due to the power of cause and condition, will also become the co-natured result of that dharma, so shouldn't the future co-equal cause be established? Those who make separate explanations have not examined this. I think only the former view is correct. If it is determined in this way, then, the so-called "is it so certain," means whether it is determined to be only one's own ground, or whether it is thought that there are also cases where it is not so? In the phrase "the paths of the nine grounds are mutually," the word "is" is used for distinction, because it is intended to say that "path" refers to the truth of the path, so it is necessary to know the difference between the truth of the path and the defiled dharmas. The co-equal cause of defiled dharmas is only one's own ground, not other grounds, while the co-equal cause of the path can also be other grounds. If ground is mentioned, then both defiled and undefiled can be included, but if realm is mentioned, then only defiled can be included. Therefore, this is like suddenly coming to those grounds, and because the desires of those grounds have not taken possession of them, they do not belong to those realms, so it is said that undefiled dharmas are the defiled desire realm, form realm, and formless realm.

It does not take possession with the desire to indulge in the five senses. Then, what should be done when one wants to be liberated from suffering and wants to manifest the path? That is the aspiration for the Dharma, which is virtuous, not greed, because it should be abandoned. Because it is said in the scriptures. Having the same kind means the kind of non-outflow. If that is the case, then does everything become the common cause of everything? Therefore, it is said, "common and special." Then why is "mutually" mentioned? In order to say that the upper and lower grounds are mutual. The upper ground is also the common cause of the lower grounds, and the lower ground is also the cause of the upper grounds. For example, in detail, the forbearance of the knowledge of Dharma in suffering is common, so the non-outflow itself is the special cause between the future and the knowledge of Dharma in suffering, and the forbearance of the subsequent knowledge of suffering, and the knowledge of non-arising. It is not inferior, because for the knowledge of Dharma in suffering, the forbearance of the knowledge of Dharma in suffering will not become a common cause in the future. The paths of seeing, cultivation, and no-more-learning are three, two, and one respectively, meaning that the path of seeing is the common cause of other paths of seeing, cultivation, and no-more-learning, so it is three. The path of cultivation is the common cause of other paths of cultivation and no-more-learning, but not the cause of the path of seeing, so it is two. The path of no-more-learning is the cause of other paths of no-more-learning, but not the cause of the paths of seeing and cultivation, so it is a common cause. Among them, in the path of seeing and so on, the nature of the path of seeing of dull faculties is the path of dull and sharp faculties, only its nature is the cause, and the path of sharp faculties is only the cause of the path of sharp faculties, because it is inferior, so it is not the cause of the path of dull faculties. Similarly, it should be said for the path of cultivation and the path of no-more-learning. In order to explain this, it is said in detail, "for example." What
