Therefore, aging and impermanence themselves, called only those aging and impermanence themselves are creating obstacles. There, what should exist cannot exist at all, because aging makes existence weak, and impermanence itself destroys the weak. The teacher said: If aging and impermanence themselves have power, then it is only blue; when doing the business of existence, they will not let existence do the business. The business of existence, if reversed, is also widely elaborated, that is, when the business of existence is reversed, aging and impermanence themselves also do not exist, and the Dharma also does not exist, because the business of existence is considered the basis for their existence. Therefore, if they also do not exist, then aging and impermanence themselves do not exist, how or to what non-existent Dharma can they act? Or, what will aging and impermanence themselves do? Just because of the power of existence, the Dharma arises, and then it will be destroyed, and that business of existence is abandoned after being destroyed. If not allowing existence, then without a doubt, not existing because of not existing, this itself is its destruction, then what will aging and impermanence themselves do? This is what is thought. From that itself, it is not possible to become other forms, that is, if it is that itself, then this is not other. If it is other, then it is not that itself. Those that are other themselves are seen as other, such as Devadatta and Yajnadatta. There are also other schools that say, that is, the school respected by many noble ones, they think that the destruction of pots and so on is caused by obtaining and other factors. In this way, form exists between other times, while mind and mental factors are only momentary. Sixteenth chapter. Therefore it is said, because of admitting that mind and mental factors are momentary, they are impermanent. The impermanence of mind and mental factors themselves, because they do not depend on the cause of destruction, but are destroyed by their own nature, so existence and impermanence themselves will act simultaneously. Therefore, mind

Or, the mental factors existing and ceasing simultaneously on one thing would also become mutually contradictory. If so, then "the Sutra is well guided in that way" refers to what appears as "Bhikkhus, these three are the characteristics of conditioned phenomena." "If the assembly exists, then it arises; if it does not exist, then it does not arise" means that if the causes and conditions are assembled, then what is to be produced arises, and if they do not exist, then it does not arise. Birth is not. What is it? It should be regarded as non-ability. Combining the context, even if the causes and conditions are assembled, what is to be produced sometimes exists and sometimes does not, this is not the case. To this, the venerable Unending Armor says, for example, without the eye faculty and visible forms, etc., eye consciousness cannot be produced, but therefore it is not the cause of birth, nor is it not. Similarly, birth is also the same, without causes and conditions, phenomena cannot be produced, but therefore it is not the cause of birth, nor is it not. Saying this, what is said about this is not said. Even if visible forms, etc., exist, because the eye consciousness of the blind and non-blind arises and does not arise, the function of the eye is to see, birth is not like that. The so-called "subtle nature of phenomena," for example, mental factors such as touch are difficult to completely determine, therefore the nature of the essence itself is subtle. If that is the case, if existence is true, then some phenomena, even if they do not appear, will be definitely grasped through the way of action, but birth is not definitely grasped in that way through the way of action. Touch is personally determined and grasped by the Blessed One, that is, "Whatever is a small part of the aggregate of feeling, the aggregate of recognition, the aggregate of formations, all of these depend on touch," which is extensively explained. If birth and cessation do not exist, then "born" and "is" refer to the fact that for form, the consciousness of form depends on its own characteristics, but the consciousness of birth that thinks it is birth does not depend on its own characteristics, because it also exists for feeling, etc. Therefore, the consciousness of birth must depend on another substantial meaning of birth.
