The term "as it is" means that which rises upwards, just as it is not something other than smoke. Here too, the same principle applies. "As it is" refers to arising, ceasing, and changing, which, although appearing different, are not other conditioned phenomena. Conditioned phenomena, such as form, etc., whenever their own nature is grasped, whenever their non-existence and subsequent non-existence are not known, that is, for form, etc., the prior arising is not known to be non-existent. What is later? It is non-existence, that is, not knowing when it is non-existent and non-existent after destruction. Connect "the constant difference is not known at any time." Therefore, it is not represented by itself, that is, the conditioned phenomenon itself does not represent the conditioned phenomenon itself. What is it then? It is represented by the prior non-existence, etc., which represents the conditioned phenomenon itself. If, when grasping the nature of form, etc., one clings to "it is a conditioned phenomenon," then it is only the prior non-existence, the subsequent non-existence, and the ignorance of the constant difference. If these are known, then it is also impossible to know, therefore, it is not represented by itself. Those things like form, etc., birth, etc., are also not present as other entities, because "the first of the constant is birth," etc., will be explained extensively. Those are produced simultaneously, that is, birth, etc., are produced simultaneously. Because the time of action is different, it is not like that. Why? Because the time of action is different, that is, the time of skill is different, this is the summary. To illustrate this, it is said that "the future birth is action," etc. If the future exists as a substance or does not exist? If it is temporarily determined that the future itself does not exist, then how can there be a statement like "the future birth is action"? This is a thought. Even if it is allowed to exist, that is, even if it is allowed to exist as a substance, then does the future birth perform an action in the future? If so, how can it be realized in the future? Because the future does not perform actions, this contradicts the ultimate goal of realization. Therefore, that should not be said.

Oh! Then, how can the present be accomplished? It means that a destroyed thing is considered to be the past, and arising is also merely the future. Because things are destroyed, in the present situation, it will only be the past, and will not become the present. Therefore, the nature of the present must also be explained. If it is said that a completely accomplished thing is the present, then the past will also become the present, because the past is considered to have the function of producing results. The so-called "in which moment does this exist," etc., is explained in detail. The actions of existence, aging, and destruction are contradictory to each other. It is not reasonable to establish that "a dharma is both existent and destroyed." The so-called "it will harm the momentariness" means that first it exists by existence, then it ages by aging, and then it is destroyed by impermanence. Because it exists in three moments, it will harm the momentariness. The so-called "our moment is only this" means that this is the nature of complete perfection of ability, not the nature of destruction immediately after arising. Even so, the so-called detailed explanation is that if things that arise simultaneously cannot be done sequentially, then for the time being, it exists by existence, but at that time, aging will not age, and impermanence will not destroy. Where does this come from? Why does it become powerless later? It means, by what does it become powerless later? For what reason does existence, together with the dharma, together with the dharma on which existence depends, be destroyed by impermanence? The so-called "even if it is done, it is powerless, just like arising" means that it is like arising has already done its function. A thing that has already arisen will not arise again even in terms of ability. Similarly, existence will not exist again. The so-called "the thing produced by arising is in the present" etc., is explained in detail. Because it will fall into the fault of endlessness, the thing produced by arising has already arisen in the present, and cannot be produced again. But existence can make the thing on which existence depends exist forever, because existence is the nature of hindering destruction.
