Only such actions will produce bodies that are like sores, and enjoyable experiences that become their remedies. For those who do not perform the invocation of deities, both are pleasurable. What is that action? It is mind and what is made by it. In the sutras, it is said that there are two types of actions: mind and what is made by thought. What is thought? Happiness is what is made by the mind. These two actions are three: the actions of body, speech, and mind. How are these actions established? Is it because of the basis, or because of the nature, or because of the instigation? If it is because of the basis, then everything depends on the body, and in the end, it will become only the action of the body. If it is because of the nature, then they will become the only action. If it is because of the instigation, then everything will become the only action of instigation. To this, the Vaibhashikas say that the three should be distinguished according to the order of the three causes. Among them, mind is the action of mind, it should be known. The actions of body and speech that are born from it, whatever is born from the mind, is called the action made by thought in the sutras, it should be known that it is the action of body and speech. They are not form. The actions of body and speech should each be known as the nature of form and non-form. Among them, the form of the body is considered to be shape. Because of the influence of the mind, the body exists in that way, this is the form of the body. Others think that the form of the body is movement, why? Because the movement of the body is the action of the body, and not moving is not. To those who say that movement is form, the one who says shape answers: why is it not movement? Conditioned things are momentary. All conditioned things do not remain after obtaining themselves, where they are born, they perish there, therefore it is not appropriate to move to another place. Therefore, the form of the body is not movement. If everything is established as momentary, then it will change like that. If you say that it is not because it is not established, then you should understand the establishment itself.

From what does it arise? Conditioned phenomena are without cause, because of their destruction. Destruction is not an action, so all arising is destroyed without cause. If destruction is without cause, then things are merely the path of arising, because there is no difference, so they will not change later. This is visible, and they are established in an instant. From what does this statement that things are destroyed without cause come? It has already been said. As it is said, destruction is not an action. Furthermore, From no cause, nothing arises. If from destruction it becomes causal, then just like birth, nothing will become without cause. The moments of wisdom, sound, and flame are also seen to be destroyed without cause, so this is not dependent on cause. If wood and the like, which are related to fire, are destroyed with cause, then what will happen? Just as birth comes from dyeing, destruction will also become something with destruction. The cause will also become the destroyer. If wood and the like, such as form, are destroyed with cause related to fire, then, if that is the case, the dyeing that arises from dyeing, and more dyeing, and the most dyeing, the cause itself will become the destroyer. For example, those that arise from the most dyeing related to fire, from itself or from something similar to it, again produce dyeing, and more dyeing, and the most dyeing, then these destructions, the cause itself is their destroyer, or the cause is without difference. What arises from itself or from something similar to it, is not without it from itself or from something similar to it, which is not reasonable. Therefore, the destruction of things has no cause. If it is destroyed because it is self-destructive, then it will be destroyed only by arising, so these are established to be destroyed in an instant. Because it is destroyed in an instant, there is no movement. Just like there is no grass, it appears uninterruptedly in another place, but it is arrogant to think that it is moving. If there is no movement, then the form of the body is established as shape. Also, those who say that, use metaphors to say to those who say that shape is a substance, from color and so on.
