is perfectly complete. These are a brief summary of the greatness of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. If divided, there will be endless categories. If the Bhagavat himself blesses with a life of countless kalpas, then everything can be spoken and known. Thus, the Tathagatas are an inexhaustible source of wisdom, power, and benefit, and are the source of wonderful and great jewels. However, those who have lost faith due to their own lack of merit, even if they obtain such wealth of merit, will not show respect to the Buddha and his teachings. The wise, however, will begin from the feet and have faith in the Bhagavat and his teachings. They, merely through faith in him, can completely merge into it, thereby overwhelming the accumulations of sins that have not yet matured, experiencing the well-being of gods and humans, and tending towards Nirvana. Therefore, because there is no fruitless, the fruit is pleasing, it becomes supreme, and the end is good, the Tathagata is called the supreme field of merit. The Bhagavat also said: 'Whoever guides the Buddhas, even doing a little thing, will experience various heavens and eventually attain the state of nectar.' In short, these are called the eighteen unshared dharmas of the Buddha. Other Buddha qualities shared with disciples are also shared with Shravakas, and some are shared with ordinary people. What are these? According to the situation, such as: no afflictions, knowing by aspiration, individual correct knowledge, supernormal powers, etc. No afflictions, knowing by aspiration, individual correct knowledge, supernormal powers, meditation, formless states, immeasurable states, liberation, overcoming abodes, and exhaustive abodes, etc. Among them, no afflictions means that some Arhats realize that the suffering of sentient beings arises from afflictions, and that they themselves are also a special source of merit, so others take him as an object and have no afflictions.

Wishing to completely abandon the arising of afflictions, it is necessary to cultivate such wisdom that prevents the arising of any afflictions in all others, and that no object causes the arising of desire, hatred, or pride. This path does not cause any affliction, therefore it is called "without affliction." Furthermore, "without affliction" is mundane knowledge; that is its nature. It belongs to the highest meditation, the realm of the fourth dhyana, because it is the ultimate in accomplishing bliss. The immovable dharma is attained by arhats, not by others, because others sometimes cannot even completely abandon afflictions from their own continuum. "Does not generate" means it causes beings to be born in the human realm and in the three realms. "Afflictions belonging to desire" means the unarisen with their basis are its sphere of activity. Its object is the unarisen afflictions belonging to desire that have a basis, because it enters in such a way that other afflictions will not arise. Those who go to all places cannot abandon rootless afflictions because they focus on all their own extremes. As explained, "without affliction" is the same as knowing by aspiration. Mundane knowledge also belongs to those who are in the highest meditation, those who possess immovable dharma, and those who rely on a human body. Its object is everything. The object of knowing by aspiration is all dharmas, therefore it is distinct. The Vaibhashikas say: Knowing by aspiration that belongs to the formless realms does not know directly. How then does it know? It knows through similar causes and differences in the sphere of activity, and here the example is like a farmer. Knowing after having made an aspiration is knowing by aspiration, that is, aspiring, "I should know this," and then abiding in the highest fourth dhyana, and knowing exactly as it is the extent that that samadhi reaches. Likewise, one should also correctly understand each of the dharma, meaning, words, and eloquence. Correctly understanding each is fourfold: correctly understanding each of the dharma, correctly understanding each of the meaning, correctly understanding each of the words.
