What is it? If it is said to be accompanied by the attainment of desire, then the mind of the learner, which is without outflows, will also become with desire. If it is said to be the object of desire, then the mind of the Arhat, which is with outflows, will also be regarded as having desire, because it is the object of desire. Or, how is it with outflows? If it is said to be the object of the general afflictions, then it will also be regarded as accompanied by ignorance, because it is the object of ignorance. Knowing the minds of others is neither focused on attainment, nor is it focused on desire that is focused on that mind. Therefore, here, one should not think that having desire is a mind with desire. How should it be understood? The Sutra's view is that a mind that is in accordance with desire is with desire, and a mind that is not in accordance with desire is free from desire. From where is this mind free from desire? It is free from hatred and free from ignorance. In the Sutra, it is said that it has the nature of non-regression in the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, which is spoken from understanding the separation from their attainment. If it is said that a mind that is in accordance with other afflictions, because it is not in accordance with desire, will also become free from desire, then this view is without fault. Because it will not be regarded as free from desire. How should it be understood? It should be understood as accompanied by hatred, accompanied by ignorance, and so on. It is enough to mention it in passing. The established tenet should be stated: What is knowing the minds of others, does it grasp the aspect or object of the minds of others? It does not grasp. Because it does not depend on the aspect and object, it knows that this mind is attached, but it does not know that it is attached to a specific form. If it is not like that, then it will also take form as its object, and grasping the minds of others that take it as their object will also become grasping one's own nature. All knowing of the minds of others

Of the mind and what arises from the mind, the self-nature of matter, what arises now, the continuum and desire of others, possessing form, the object of non-possession, what is obstructed by the path of seeing, what is focused on by the path of meditation, not corresponding to emptiness and signlessness, not included by cessation and non-arising, what is obstructed by the uninterrupted path, should be understood as such. The knowledge of the minds of others has been explained. The remainder is fourteen aspects, except for emptiness and selflessness. The remainder is the knowledge of cessation and non-arising, etc. Those two, except for the aspects of emptiness and selflessness, are fourteen aspects. Although they are ultimate truths, in the way of establishing names following their power, my birth has ceased. From this, other existences cannot be known, because it is taught to the conventional truth. Does the uncontaminated have the aspect of its own characteristic? Or does it not? If asked in this way. For the time being, according to the view of the Kashmiris, the other sixteen undefiled dharmas do not exist. Apart from the sixteen aspects, there is no aspect of the uncontaminated. Other treatises say that it exists. Others, the Hinayana, say that it exists. How can it be understood? It has been said in the treatise, in the treatise it says this, can the desire of the non-corresponding mind and the dharma possessing desire be known? If asked, it can be known. From the perspective of what is born from reason, impermanence and suffering and emptiness and selflessness and cause and origin and extreme birth and condition and this is the place, this is the basis, it can be known in this way. If it is said in this way. If from this, this is the place, this is the basis, thinking in this way it can be known, this meaning is not like this. However, what can be known as impermanence etc. is, this is the place, this is the basis. If asked in this way. It is not. Because it does not arise from others. If this is the meaning of the treatise, saying in this way, can the mind to be abandoned by the path of seeing, desire and the dharma possessing desire, be known? If asked, it can be known. By the non-reason born
