The Dharma here is this, and it should be said thus: Wherever, in a non-human place, A golden wheel will appear, That is one who has taken pure vows, Complete and without defect. That king has great miraculous powers, This land will be conquered. All the minor kings, Having welcomed him, will also say thus: Welcome, god, it is good that you have come! These lands are the god's.
