ས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡང་དཔུང་གི་ཚོགས་ཡན་ལག་བཞི་པ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་ལྷའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེའི་ཕྱི་བཞིན་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར་ལ། ལྷའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཕྱོགས་གང་དུ་སྡོད་པ་དེར་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དཔུང་གི་ཚོགས་ཡན་ལག་བཞི་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་མཚན་མོའི་དགོངས་མལ་འདེབས་སོ། །ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཕྲན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གཤེགས་སོ་ཞེས་ཐོས་སོ། །ཐོས་ནས་ཀྱང་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཐད་དུ་འདོང་བར་ནི་མི་བྱེད་ཀྱི། གང་གི་ཚེ་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ་གཤེགས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ། མཆོད་ཡོན་ཁྱེར་ནས་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་དོང་སྟེ་ལྷགས་ནས་འདི་སྐད་དུ། ལྷ་ཚུར་གཤེགས་ལྷ་གཤེགས་པ་ལེགས་སོ། །ཡུལ་འདི་དག་ནི་ལྷའི་ལགས་ཏེ། འབྱོར་པ་དང༌། རྒྱས་པ་དང༌། བདེ་བ་དང༌། ལོ་ལེགས་པ་དང༌། སྐྱེ་བོ་དང་མི་མང་པོས་གང་བ་ལགས་ཀྱིས། འདི་དག་ལྷས་ལེགས་པར་འདུལ་དུ་གསོལ། །བདག་ཅག་ནི་ལྷའི་ཞམ་རིང་འཚལ་ལོ་ཞེས་འཛེར་ཏོ། །འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོས་ཀྱང་དེ་དག་ལ་འདི་སྐད་དུ། ཡུལ་གྱི་གཙོ་བོ་དག་དེ་བས་ན་རང་རང་གི་ཡུལ་འཁོར་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆོས་དང་མཐུན་པས་ལེགས་པར་ཐུལ་ཅིག །ཆོས་མ་ཡིན་པས་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག །ཡུལ་འཁོར་འདིར་ཆོས་མ་ཡིན་པ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང༌། འགལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་སུ་ཡང་གནས་སུ་མ་གཞུག་ཤིག །དེ་ལྟར་བྱེད་དང་ཁྱེད་ངའི་ཞམ་རིང་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་བསྒོའོ། །དེ་ནས་ལྷའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ལེགས་པར་བཏུལ་ཏེ། ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་བརྒལ་ནས། ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་དང༌། ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་དང༌། བྱང་ཕྱོགས་ནས་རྒྱས་པར་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་འོངས་ཏེ། གདན་ཚོམ་པའི་སྟེང་ན་སྲོག་ཤིང་ལ་བཞག་པ་བཞིན་དུ་གནས་སོ། །དེ་ལ་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གང་གི་ཟངས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་འབྱུང་བར་འབྱུང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་ པོ་དེས་ནི་སྔོན་གྱི་སྲིད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནས་རྒྱས་པར་སྦྱར་ཏེ། བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་ཏེ་གནས་ལ། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་དུ་བཅུག་པ་ན། དེ་ལས་ཡང་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ་དེ་གསོ་སྦྱོང་གི་དུས་ཚེས་བཅོ་ལྔ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་ཁྲུས་བྱས་ནས་གསོ་སྦྱོང་བླངས་ཏེ། བློན་པོའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་བ་ན། ཉི་མ་འཆར་ཀའི་ཚེ་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ལྷའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་རྩིབས་སྟོང་པ་ལྟེ་བ་དང་བཅས་མུ་ཁྱུད་དང

转轮之王也与四兵眷属一同跟随天之宝轮而行。天之宝轮停在何方，转轮之王便与四兵眷属一同在那里安寝。东方诸小国也听闻转轮之王驾临的消息。听闻之后，他们并不前往转轮之王处，而是在转轮之王驾临时，携带供品前往转轮之王所在之处，抵达后说道：天神降临，天神降临甚善！这些国土乃是天神所有，富饶、繁荣、安乐、丰收，且充满生灵和人民。恳请天神善加调伏这些地方。我们乃是天神的仆从。转轮之王也对他们说道：诸位国土之主，因此，各自按照自己国土的情况，以符合佛法的方式善加调伏。不要以不符合佛法的方式行事。不要让任何在这些国土中行非法之事或作对之人居住。如此行事，你们便是我的仆从。如此宣告。之后，天之宝轮善加调伏东方，越过东方的大海，从南方、西方和北方扩展到国王的王宫，如同将栋梁立于垫石之上般安住。因此，哪位转轮之王将出现铜轮，那位将出现的转轮之王，从名为“前世”开始广为积聚，自己也如实奉行十善业道，并令他人也如实奉行十善业道。在那之后，如同先前一样，在斋戒日，即十五之日，沐浴后受持斋戒，被大臣们簇拥着，在日出之时，从东方出现天之宝轮，具有千辐、轮毂和轮辋

The king who turns the wheel also goes after that precious wheel of the gods, together with the fourfold assembly of forces. Wherever the precious wheel of the gods stays, there the king who turns the wheel sets up his night's lodging, together with the fourfold assembly of forces. The petty kings of the east also heard that the king who turns the wheel had arrived. Having heard this, they did not go to the king who turns the wheel, but when the king who turns the wheel arrived, they took offerings and went to where the king who turns the wheel was, and having arrived, they said this: "God, come here, God, your coming is good! These lands belong to the god, they are rich, prosperous, happy, have good harvests, and are full of beings and people. Please, god, subdue these well. We are the servants of the god." The king who turns the wheel also said to them: "Chiefs of the lands, therefore, each of you should subdue your own lands well, according to their condition, in accordance with the Dharma. Do not act in a way that is not in accordance with the Dharma. Do not allow anyone who practices what is not Dharma or acts contrary to it to live in these lands. If you do so, you will be my servants." Thus he proclaimed. Then the precious wheel of the gods subdued the east well, crossed the great ocean of the east, and from the south, west, and north, it extended to the king's palace itself, and remained as if a pillar were placed on a foundation stone. Therefore, whichever king who turns the wheel will have a copper wheel appear, that king who turns the wheel who will appear, from what is called "former existence" onwards, will accumulate extensively, and he himself will also take up and abide in the path of the ten virtuous actions, and he will also cause others to take up the path of the ten virtuous actions. After that, as before, on the day of purification, that is, the fifteenth day, having bathed and taken the purification, surrounded by the assembly of ministers, at sunrise, from the east appeared the precious wheel of the gods, with a thousand spokes, a hub, and a rim.

Those wheels made of copper, pure and unmade by craftsmen, formed from divine substances, will appear. There, a king crowned from the head of the Kshatriya caste, seeing it, thinks thus: I have heard the stories of past Chakravartins. Whichever king crowned from the head of the Kshatriya caste, on the fifteenth day of the Uposatha, having bathed and taken the Uposatha vows, surrounded by ministers, at sunrise, from the east will appear a precious divine wheel with a thousand spokes, a hub, and a rim, pure and unmade by craftsmen, formed from divine substances. If it matches the saying, "He will become a Chakravartin," I am certainly a Chakravartin. Then, the Chakravartin rises from his seat, drapes his upper garment over one shoulder, plants his right knee on the ground, takes the precious divine wheel with both hands, places it on his left hand, offers it to the eastern direction with his right hand, and says: O precious wheel, may you triumph over the path of the past noble Chakravartin! Alas, precious wheel, may you triumph over the path of the past noble Chakravartin! May you triumph! Having said this, the divine precious wheel will proceed along the path of the past Chakravartin. The Chakravartin also, together with the fourfold army, will follow behind that divine precious wheel. In whatever direction the divine precious wheel stays, the Chakravartin, together with the fourfold army, will set up his night's lodging there. The minor kings of the east also hear that the Chakravartin has arrived. Having heard this, they also gather the fourfold army, namely the elephant corps, the cavalry, the chariot corps, and the infantry, put on their armor, and come forth to fight with the Chakravartin, fighting with the Chakravartin and accusing each other.
