These ten paths of white deeds were previously taken up correctly. Therefore, the wheel with a thousand spokes, with a hub and a rim, was obtained by the king. Furthermore, there are four types of universal monarchs: there is the universal monarch who will have a golden wheel jewel appear; there is the universal monarch who will have a silver wheel appear; there is the universal monarch who will have a copper wheel appear; and there is the universal monarch who will have an iron wheel appear. Among them, the universal monarch who will have a golden wheel jewel appear, from the time called "previous" onwards, spread widely, and he himself also correctly took up and abided in the completely pure ten virtuous paths of action, and also caused others to uphold the ten virtuous paths of action. Then, the Chakravartin King rose from his seat, draped his upper garment over one shoulder, and knelt on his right knee. He took the divine precious wheel with both hands and placed it on his left hand. He extended his right hand towards the east and said: O precious wheel, may you triumph over the path of the previous noble Chakravartin Kings! O precious wheel, may you triumph over the path of the previous noble Chakravartin Kings! Triumph! Having said this, the divine precious wheel would proceed along the path of the previous Chakravartin Kings. The Chakravartin King would also follow behind the divine precious wheel, together with his army of four divisions. Wherever the divine precious wheel would stop, the Chakravartin King, together with his army of four divisions, would set up his night's lodging. The petty kings of the east also heard that the Chakravartin King had arrived. Having heard this, they brought offerings and went to where the Chakravartin King was, saying: Welcome, O divine one! These lands belong to the divine one. They are prosperous, flourishing, peaceful, have good harvests, and are filled with people and many inhabitants. Please, divine one, tame them well. We are the servants of the divine one. The Chakravartin King said to them: O rulers of the lands, therefore, according to the situation of your respective lands, tame them well in accordance with the Dharma. Do not act contrary to the Dharma. Do not allow anyone who practices non-Dharma or acts against it to reside in these lands. If you do so, you will be my servants. Then, the divine precious wheel landed successfully in the east, crossed the great ocean of the east, and proceeded to the south, west, and north.

As before, on that day of observance, that is, the fifteenth, having bathed and observed the fast, surrounded by a retinue of ministers, at sunrise, from the east appeared a precious wheel of the gods, with a thousand spokes, possessing a hub and a rim, pure and immaculate, not made by human hands, but a wheel of silver made of divine substance.
