For example, just as an ironworker works with iron, a lacquer worker works with lacquer, a caster works with castings, a lead worker works with lead, a goldsmith works with gold, and a silversmith roasts silver dross in a pit, takes it out with iron tongs, places it on an iron anvil, and beats it with an iron hammer, thoroughly beats it, and everywhere thoroughly beats it, in the same way, the hell guardians of the hell beings roast those beings in a pit of iron that is blazing, fiercely blazing, and everywhere fiercely blazing, having become a single blaze, and then take them out with iron tongs, place them on an iron anvil, and beat them with an iron hammer, thoroughly beat them, and everywhere thoroughly beat them. One point pierces through the right side of the hip and emerges at the right shoulder. The second point pierces through the left side of the hip and emerges at the left shoulder. The third point pierces through the abdomen and emerges at the crown of the head. Fire also emerges from the two pupils of their eyes, and fire also emerges from the ears, nose, mouth, and all the pores of their hair. Those, in that way, from "many years" onwards, should be elaborated. Furthermore, in the great hot hell of sentient beings, wherever a sentient being is born, from being born everywhere until they are able to emerge, it is the same as before. Those sentient beings are seized by the hell guardians and subjected to great piercing pain. Fire also emerges from the two pupils of their eyes, and fire also emerges from the two ears, nose, mouth, and all the pores of their hair. In that way, from "many years" onwards, until the sins of the sentient beings that are to be experienced in hell are exhausted.

不善业未完全清净之前，仍然如前。诸如此类的众多损害应当述说。那些不可忍受的，那些花朵，那些果实，那些显现，因此众生称之为大热地狱。那里痛苦且难以忍受，粗糙且炎热，令人厌恶且夺人性命，存在着其他众多的业之损害。如是说： “沙门婆罗门行善者， 同样若有人对父母， 以非意愿而作损害， 彼于热狱中被焚烧。” 也应如是说。有前往善趣之业，以及转变为意愿之果。恶慧之人行非意愿之业，彼于极热中被焚烧。为何称众生大热地狱为极热？答曰：众生大热地狱中，众生从出生到脱离之间，那些众生的罪恶不善业成熟，地狱狱卒抓住他们，用铁制武器切成碎片，插在铁串上，在燃烧、极度燃烧、完全燃烧且成为一体的铁坑中焚烧并翻转。 例如，厨师用刀将肉切成碎片，插在烤肉叉上，在炭火坑中焚烧并翻转一样。从地狱狱卒到“以如是之方式”之间的一切都应详细述说。此外，众生大热地狱中，众生从出生到脱离之间，仍然如前。那些众生的罪恶不善业成熟，地狱狱卒抓住那些众生，用铁制武器切成碎片，放在燃烧、极度燃烧、完全燃烧且成为一体的铁地上，使其极度沸腾且非常煎熬。例如，厨师用铁刀将肉切成碎片，放入器皿中，使其极度沸腾且非常煎熬，甚至汤汁也干涸。

Until the non-virtuous deeds are completely purified, it remains as before. Many harms such as these should be described. Those unbearable things, those flowers, those fruits, those manifestations, therefore sentient beings call it the great hot hell. There it is painful and unbearable, rough and hot, disgusting and life-threatening, and there are many other harms of karma. It is said: "The virtuous Shramanas and Brahmins, Likewise, whoever harms parents, With non-desire, They are burned in the hot hell." It should also be said like that. There are deeds that lead to happy migrations, and they turn into desired fruits. Those with evil wisdom who do non-desired deeds are burned in extreme heat. Why is the great hot hell of sentient beings called extremely hot? It is said: In the great hot hell of sentient beings, from the time a sentient being is born until they are released, the sins and non-virtuous deeds of those sentient beings ripen, and the hell guardians seize them, cut them into pieces with iron weapons, impale them on iron skewers, and burn and turn them in an iron pit that is burning, extremely burning, completely burning, and has become one burning mass. For example, just as a cook cuts meat into pieces with a knife, skewers it on a skewer, and burns and turns it in a charcoal pit. Everything from the hell guardians to "in such a way" should be described in detail. Furthermore, in the great hot hell of sentient beings, from the time a sentient being is born until they are released, it remains as before. The sins and non-virtuous deeds of those sentient beings ripen, and the hell guardians seize those sentient beings, cut them into pieces with iron weapons, and place them on an iron ground that is burning, extremely burning, completely burning, and has become one burning mass, making them extremely boil and very torment. For example, a cook cuts meat into pieces with an iron knife, puts it in a vessel, and makes it extremely boil and very torment, until even the broth dries up.
