The non-manifesting form that acts in the desire realm is also one that possesses non-manifesting form. What is meant by "what will become" is: what fault will there be? What is meant by "will follow the mind" is: the teacher points out the fault. If asked, "What kind of fault is it?", therefore, (the teacher) said, "For example, like acting in the form realm." If the Vaibhashikas think that this fault certainly exists, and we also admit it, then what other fault is there in becoming like that? Because of the fear that they would say this, they said "therefore," etc., to other minds and those without minds. Among them, other minds are those that are different from the mind of taking vows, etc., and virtuous minds, etc. Those without minds are those who are not in a state of mind, such as being in cessation samadhi. What is meant by "both vows and non-vows will disappear" is also here, like the vows of meditation, an example should be drawn from oneself. Because of being abandoned by being completely controlled by time, etc., this is the answer given by the Vaibhashikas to the fault. They say this: if there is no mind that completely controls the limits of time, then like the non-manifesting form that acts in the form realm, for other minds and those without minds, vows, etc., do not exist. If such a fault occurs, it is not like that, however, as long as one lives, there will be the thought of avoiding killing, etc. Therefore, because it is abandoned by it, how could it be too extreme? This is what is to be explained. In order to explain the Pratimoksha Sutra, etc., it should also be understood that even without manifesting form, non-manifesting form will arise. If non-manifesting form only arises when manifesting form precedes it, then in the absence of manifesting form, how can the nature of non-manifesting form, that is, the grave offense of false speech, arise from proclaiming the Pratimoksha Sutra and concealing transgressions and deceiving the Sangha? They think like this. Then, because there are two kinds of non-manifesting form, etc., the teacher points out the

Therefore, (in the sutras) it is taught elsewhere. The reason for saying "non-revealing form is of two kinds" is that the definitions of good and non-good have already been explained, so there is no unindicated occasion. Furthermore, connect "the goodness and non-goodness of its moment will not become non-revealing form" with the previous text. Why won't it change? Because it has been said that "therefore, non-revealing form is the follower," in order to clarify what the follower is, the conclusion is: what is contained in a single moment does not itself have non-revealing form. Regarding "the actions of body and speech are form," no matter how you examine it, etc., it is the teacher himself who said it. It's like saying: "Is the revealing form we speak of a nature with shape? Or is it a nature with movement?" Similarly, regarding "How can non-revealing form arise without revealing form?" etc., what is the use of effort? However, whether it is revealing form, non-revealing form, or other nature, the actions of body and speech are form, no matter how you examine it, but it can only prove that it is not good, etc. Why? This is used to question the Vaibhashikas and others. Regarding "If the body is destroyed, from where will pleasant results arise in the next life?" etc., the teacher is to show that it cannot be established as good, etc. It's like saying: "Being able to establish the arising of pleasant and unpleasant results in the next life is what establishes it as good, etc. If the body, etc., is the form of action, then when the body is destroyed, it can only be destroyed. In relation to the arising of results, how can it be established as good, etc.?" Some say, etc., that the Vaibhashikas believe that the actions of body, etc., are form, and that merely being past can establish them as good, etc. Regarding "The past action exists," etc., these are the words of analysis by the teacher.
