Other Vipākas are produced by the Ālayavijñāna itself. Therefore, apart from the Ālayavijñāna, there is no other Vipāka. In order to show that the conclusion is summarized by the meaning of the verses, it is said, "The previous Vipāka is exhausted," and so on. Because it is easy to understand, it is not explained. Here, in order to refute the Sautrāntika's view, it is said, "Apart from the eye consciousness," and so on. The Ālayavijñāna exists, and if it is the possessor of all seeds, then the reason must be stated. This is the final conclusion. The proponent, in order to establish both views, said, "It is manifested to exist by scripture and reason," and so on. For example, in the Mahāyāna Abhidharma Sūtra, the Blessed One said, "The essence of beginningless time and the place of all defiled dharmas, if it exists, then all beings of the five realms exist. If it exists, then Nirvāṇa can also be attained." Therefore, the Ālayavijñāna exists, and it is also proven to be the possessor of all seeds. Apart from the Ālayavijñāna, nothing is reasonable as the essence of beginningless time and the place of all defiled dharmas. Here, "essence" is explained as the meaning of cause. "Possessor of all seeds" is explained as the meaning of the place of all dharmas. In order to explain the reason, it is said, "If there is no Ālayavijñāna," and so on. Because it is easy to understand, it is not explained. In order to explain the nature of both entering and returning, it is said, "Among them, entering Saṃsāra is," and so on. That which connects similar dharmas to other dharmas is entering Saṃsāra. What is the realm of Nirvāṇa with the remainder of aggregates and without the remainder of aggregates, that is the return of Saṃsāra. Having the remainder of aggregates is being together with the remainder of aggregates. Like this, that which is separated from the remainder of aggregates is without the remainder of aggregates. The word "aggregates" refers to the aggregates. The word "remainder" refers to the part. There are two parts, the part of defilements and the part of aggregates. Therefore, it is shown that even though the part of aggregates exists, the part of defilements is abandoned. Having.

The sound 'i' is also seen as acting on existing things. For example, a mother donkey carrying a load together with ten donkey foals, like that, it is explained as existing. If one thinks, how could there be no entry? To that, starting from the alaya-consciousness, it is said "other" etc. Whatever arises as consciousness due to the condition of formation (འདུ་བྱེད།), other than the alaya-consciousness, is impossible. Without consciousness arising from the condition of formation, entry is not reasonable. If one thinks, why can't other consciousness arise from the condition of formation? To that, it is said "if one does not accept the alaya-consciousness" etc. Those who do not accept the alaya-consciousness, without connecting the continuity, assume that consciousness arises from the condition of formation, like the assumptions made by the Vaibhashikas, or they assume that it is the six aggregates of consciousness completely posited by formation, like the Sautrantikas. Considering the first assumption, to that, it is said "those formations, whatever they are" etc. Those formations are not considered to be the cause of the consciousness that connects the continuity, because they have ceased for a long time. Therefore, they are not substantially existent. Non-existent things cannot be a cause. Therefore, formation cannot be the cause of the consciousness that connects the continuity. To point out other faults in this very matter, it is said "at the time of connecting the continuity" etc. At the time of connecting the continuity, name and form are also completely present, not just consciousness alone. To that, at the time of connecting the continuity, formation is the cause of consciousness alone, and not the cause of name and form, there is no reason in this statement. Therefore, it should be said that formation is the cause of name and form, and not the cause of consciousness. If someone says that other schools do not consider the cause of name and form that connects the continuity to be consciousness, Therefore, the cause of consciousness is name and form, which is another statement.
